Email Marketing Executive

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Marketing Growth/Demand Generation Manager to join our marketing team. You will play a crucial role in optimizing the lead-to-customer conversion process by enhancing lead engagement and scoring methodologies. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to effectively manage email nurture strategies, improve website engagement through chat and CTA optimization, and oversee landing page effectiveness. Additionally, you will be responsible for the execution of targeted newsletter programs and will support marketing operations through tools such as Marketo and various analytics dashboards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead conversion and engagement.
• Expert in marketing automation tools (specifically Marketo) and CRM platforms (specifically Salesforce).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing, data analysis, and optimization techniques.
• Experience with web analytics and dashboard creation (e.g., Looker or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create compelling content for various audiences.
• Creative thinker with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 

Experience:

• At least 5-10 years of experience in a digital marketing role with a proven track record of improving lead conversion rates.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and research new business opportunities and potential clients.
2. Support the implementation of business development and marketing strategies.
3. Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs.
4. Generate leads through various channels, including email, phone, social media, and events.
5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create engaging content and promotional materials.
6. Attend business meetings, conferences, and events to network with potential clients.
7. Maintain accurate records of business development and marketing activities.
8. Provide regular progress reports and updates to the team.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities :

1. Set up marketing email automation.
2. Deploy emails and email templates and analyze results.
3. Set up marketing landing pages, product carts, and coupons.
4. Analyze revenue from marketing campaigns and produce reports, including updates on the progress towards goals for new subscribers and renewal marketing and recommendations for improvements.
5. Assist with maintaining, updating, and ensuring the accuracy of our marketing database and lists.
6. Maintain and manage lead gen efforts.
7. Collaborate with other team members and departments on marketing projects and opportunities.
8. Write and edit marketing copy, messages, and campaigns.
9. Set up print marketing materials.
10. All other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements :

1. An associate degree or higher, preferably in marketing or a related field
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Excellent ability to write and edit marketing copy
4. Experience with email marketing
5. Knowledge of basic HTML
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts (Web, SEO, Content & Email)

• Leading a team of Web, SEO, Content and Email experts
• Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
• Present strategies to clients and ensuring timely execution and delivery
• Analyze the effectiveness of strategies implemented
• Time to time recommend, design and implement new projects to increase their ROI
• Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client
• Prepare and present reports on their progress
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
• Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services and upselling them time to time
• Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
• Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology

Job Description:

• Create email marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
• Ensure marketing message is conveyed clearly and delivered properly to prospects.
• To fix bad domain reputation, IP reputation
• Knowledge of Spam rate, resolving any impromptu issue related to the backend of email marketing
• Follow up on interested respondents.
• Purge non-deliverable email addresses and opt-outs.
• Track and analyze direct and interactive marketing campaigns.
• Use statistical analysis and reports to create campaigns.
• Provide recommendations for new and existing campaigns including triggers, and automation
• Build creative, messaging, and content for campaigns using email and automated marketing

Required Candidate Profile:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in Email marketing, bulk emailing & email campaigns.
2. Should have experience in generating leads through email marketing, Data mining, and database development using different tools.
3. Should have knowledge of lead data extraction from search engines and other lead portals.
