Responsibilities:
● Work with principal stakeholders & decision makers in client organizations to understand their Business/Organization Goals, User/Customer Behavior, and create Design Roadmaps & Strategies

● Collect & analyze Business Requirements, create Design briefs & proposals, convert sales inquiries into projects.
● Lead prioritization discussions with leadership teams, defining scope, budget, timelines and resource allocation.

● Guide excellent design delivery, with thorough understanding of UX & UI Design.
● Work closely with Frontend & backend development, Content & Communication, Digital
Marketing and other teams to ensure the success of the projects.
● Raise and negotiate issues and risks with senior management of the client.
● Manage profitability of the projects & design studio.
● He/she needs to guide team members well and facilitate their constant learning in the organization.
● Stay up-to-date with latest achievements, best practices and trends in design.
● Establish best practices and design-thinking processes across the organization.
Expectations:
● Minimum 10+ years of core UX & UI Design experience.
● At least 3 years of experience leading and managing a small to medium design team (20 to 40 Members).
● Should have led at least 12 product design client projects hand-on, involving UX & UI Design teams, Front end development teams.
● Should have led & delivered at least 3 client projects in CX or Service Design.
● Experience in UX & UI Design for web, mobile & TV.

1. Planning digital content marketing strategies, creating & curating posts for social media handles (5-6 articles to be written per month).
2. Ensuring that there is no plagiarism in any of the content which is put up on the social media handles.
3. Understanding & researching the basics of content writing for the company website, social media requirements, and blogs.
4. Creating content based on trends, research, monitoring the competition, adapting to change accordingly & can produce exceptionally good content.

What you will do
- End to End Complete RHOSP Deployment (Under and Overcloud) considered as a NFVi Deployment
- Installing Red Hat’s OpenStack technology using the OSP-director
- Deploying a Red Hat OpenStack Platform based on Red Hat's reference architecture
- Deploying managed hosts with required OpenStack parameters
- Deploying Three (3) Node Highly available (HA) Controller Hosts using Pacemaker and HAP Roxy
- Deploying all the supplied compute hosts that will be hosting multiple VNFs (SRIOV & DPDK)
- Implementing CEPH
- Integrate Software-defined storage (CEPH) with RHOSP, Red Hat OpenStack Platform Operation Tools as
per Industry standard & best practices
- Detailed Network configuration and implementation using Neutron networking - (VXLAN) network type
and Modular Layer 2 (ML2) Open Switch plugin
- Integrating Monitoring Solution with RHOSP
- Design and deployment of common Alarm and Performance Management solution
- Red Hat OpenStack management & monitoring
- VM Alarm and Performance management
- Cloud Management Platform will be configured for day-to-day operational tools to measure uponCPU/Mem/Network utilization etc. from VM level
- Baseline Security Standard) & VA (Vulnerability Assessment) for RHOSP.
