Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using PHP with Laravel and Smarty frameworks.
• Build responsive and interactive front-end interfaces with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

• Manage and optimize MySQL databases including schema design, queries, joins, and indexing.
• Implement application security best practices (SQL injection, CSRF, XSS prevention).

PHP Skill Set

• Strong understanding of PHP (OOP, MVC architecture, error handling, namespaces).

• Blade templating engine
• Eloquent ORM (migrations, relationships, query builder, seeder)

• Recruiting and Managing team of financial advisors/agents.

• Managing the complete life cycle of financial advisors/agents e.g., Meeting and interacting with them on regular basis

• Training the financial advisors/agents on our app for servicing their customers in most efficient and effective manner

• Driving partners for higher productivity and focus on renewals and ensuring that focus is not diluted.

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketer for Insane Marketers who can optimize ad exposure and add Insane value to the campaign strategies. Responsible for growing revenue through digital media by executing marketing campaigns, and extracting and analyzing data across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Conducting market research and analyzing demographics, media usage, psychographics, and buying patterns to define the target audience and campaign requirements.
• Proofreading advertising material before launching campaigns.
• Coordinating and overseeing the development and launch of campaigns
• Run Google Ads, and FB ads and manage complete responsibility of Google and Social media ads with an advanced understanding of marketing, and funnels, and comfortable with Google and Facebook Campaigns Strategy, optimization, and Analytics.
• Creating and managing Multiple Campaigns with the Right Ad Copy, optimizing the ad copy, and landing pages for the best quality leads
• Identifying the target audience for a particular media campaign and deciding how best to communicate to that audience
• Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of the campaign and using this data to inform future campaigns

Job Summary:

We're looking for a passionate Quality Analyst (QA) Engineer across all levels, who will work closely with the developers with agile setup to create and executes product test plans to ensure software products meet design specifications and product quality standards. • Good understanding of the SDLC, STLC, defect life cycle, test design techniques, estimation of testing, test case documentation, defect logging, and defect analysis

Help develop and maintain UI component library (Windows, dialogs , complex widgets)

Advise and assist the other developers in the Desktop.

Skills required

1. Very strong programming skills in UI development using Qt/C++
