Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain highly available and scalable cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (YAML-based pipelines preferred).
• Define and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets to improve service reliability.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools (ARM, Bicep, Terraform).
• Monitor system health using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
• Perform incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and postmortems.
• Improve system resilience through automation, self-healing, and performance tuning.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps pipelines (CI/CD).
• Solid scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, or Bicep).
• Strong understanding of Linux/Windows system administration.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
• Good understanding of networking concepts and cloud security basics.
• Experience with Git and modern branching strategies.

MANDATORY:

• Strong senior motion graphics designer profile
• Must have 3 + years of professional experience in motion design with direct exposure to app-based and web-based products.
• Must have end-to-end ownership of product motion design, including UI animations, micro-interactions, and product showreels that have shipped in live products.
• Must have a strong portfolio showcasing product-focused motion design, UI/UX animations, and micro-interactions (not marketing-only work).
• Must have demonstrated experience working on digital products (mobile apps / web platforms / SaaS / dashboards).
• Must have experience collaborating with product designers and developers, and be able to clearly articulate motion decisions and UX rationale.
• Must have strong expertise in Figma, After Effects, Protopie, Lottie, and related prototyping tools.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a highly qualified Senior Motion Graphics Designer to join our UX design team. We need someone who can produce high-octane product showreels for our social channels and website, while also collaborating with our UI/UX team to design sophisticated animation and micro-interactions for the apps we build.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Product Showreels & Marketing: Conceptualize, storyboard, and execute high-quality 2D and 3D motion graphics for product launches, social media ads, and website headers.
• UI/UX Motion: Collaborate with Product Designers to create motion languages for our apps. You will design micro-interactions that enhance the user experience and feel natural.
• Storytelling: Translate marketing scripts and product features into compelling storyboards and style frames before execution.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in motion design.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio is non-negotiable. It must showcase a mix of promotional motion graphics (showreels) and UI/UX motion behaviors.
• Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• UI Motion Knowledge: Familiarity with tools or formats like Lottie, Rive and working with UI files from Figma.
• 3D Capability: Proficiency in 3D workflows (Cinema 4D, Blender, or 3D within After Effects) is highly desirable for creating product visualizations.

• Manages the delivery of large, complex Data Science projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with stake holders to manage scope and risk. Help the AI/ML Solution

 Perform various unit/tests as per the checklist on deployment steps with help of test cases and maintain documents for the same. 

 Work with Lead to resolve all issues within the required timeframe and inform for any delays. 

 Collaborate with the development team to review new programs for implementation activities and manage communication (if required) with different functions to resolve issues and assist implementation leads to manage production deployments. 

 Document all issues during the deployment phase and document all findings from logs/during actual deployment and share the analysis. 

 Review and maintain all technical and business documents.  Conduct and monitor software implementation lifecycle and assist/make appropriate customization to all software for clients as per the deployment/implementation guide
