Graphic Designer & UX/UI Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative anddeliver high-quality digital designs across web, product, and social platforms.

This role requires a strong balance of visual aesthetics, usability, brand consistency, and speed of execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality website layouts, landing pages, and UI screens using Figma
• Create engaging social media visuals including posts, carousels, reels, and thumbnails
• Maintain a consistent brand visual identity across website and all social channels
• Build and maintain a premium design system, including:
• Color palettes
• Typography
• UI components
• Spacing and layout standards
• Generate multiple design directions quickly using AI tools, then refine with strong human taste and judgment
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and growth teams to align design with business goals

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in Figma (mandatory)
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, layout, hierarchy, and usability
• Experience designing for web, landing pages, and digital marketing
• Strong visual design skills (color, typography, spacing, composition)
• Ability to adapt designs across multiple platforms while maintaining brand consistency
• Comfortable using AI-assisted design tools for ideation and rapid iteration
