Working Days : Monday – Friday (Sat and Sun fixed off) 

Shift timings  : (EU Shift12pm – 9pm)/ (US Shift 9pm – 6am)

Job Responsibilities: 

• Handle all enquiries professionally and always ensure excellent customer service. 

• Responsible for leading and motivating a team to achieve organizational goals and project milestones. 

• Oversee day-to-day operations while ensuring seamless collaboration across departments. 

• Assigned tasks, monitored progress, and provided regular feedback to enhance team productivity. 

• Work towards individual key performance indicators and revenue targets. 

• Speak to previous clients and book them 6 – 8 months in advance. 

• Lead generation and to create a database per project. 

• Speak to speakers and get their referrals booked. 

• Work on LinkedIn to engage with the clients. 

• Study competition to find new ways to retain customers. 

• Advise clients on creating profitable processes. 

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for retention and growth. 

• Provide strategic client advisory to help create profitable event and partnership processes.

Required Skills: 

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience within Delegate Sales/ International B2B Sales. 

• Proven track record of delivery against revenue and other KPI targets 

• Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with your client base. 

• Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms 

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills 

• A customer-oriented attitude 

• Problem-solving aptitude 

Bringing up Android on custom hardware 

•  Android OS modifications, HAL interface definition language (C++ and Java)
•  Android, JNI and Android application performance optimization 

 Preferred Skills and Experience:

•  Experience in Java or Kotlin development (preferably Android) 
•  Experience in C/C++ with deep understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis, Design and Programming. 
•  Experience with GIT or similar repository management and version control tools. Familiarity with software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools and Agile methodology. 
•  Development in a Linux environment with emphasis on Unit testing alongside functional integration testing. 
•  Android-For-Work, Android Enterprise features and EMM/MDM management solutions 

• Developing front end website architecture.

Job Description

As a content writer, you’ll be working with teams across the company (and sometimes across countries) to create valuable content to educate our customers and wow our prospects. Your work will have you fiddling with taglines on website pages, writing blog posts for feature announcements, putting together thought leadership posts for guest publications, sketching educational collateral, framing scripts for feature videos, building presentations to better explain features and so on.

Responsibilities

• Write, publish, and maintain customer-facing marketing and technical content, including testing and product blogs, technical reports on testing, educational guides, and newsletters.
• Understand the domain, create value-focused educational content for ICP, secondary personas, & segments
• Coordinate with researchers to prepare short reports for timely and accurate testing intelligence to be shared with clients.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, SEO, and Marketing teams to determine and deliver content requirements.
• Prepare and review testing related content strategy and target achievements from time to time.
• Implement various elements of SEO and marketing strategy in static and dynamic content for B2B deliverables.
• Follow SEO guidelines. Include and optimize new and existing content for SEO
• Hire and manage freelancers and verify content quality and relevance
• Edit, clarify, and proofread documents written by others, and coach junior writers on ways to improve their writing skills.
• Manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in writing for the technology industry (testing will be highly preferred).
• Good knowledge and understanding of Automation testing.
• Demonstrated writing skills, oral communication, and grammar skills with proven ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.
• Passionate about writing and a hunger to prove yourself.
• Familiarity with the startup work culture and willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute.
• Ability to prioritize and succeed in a highly ambiguous environment with competing demands.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills, understanding of web culture, and passion for technology.
