Role Overview

You will be responsible for crafting high-quality, technically sound, and engaging content that showcases our capabilities, highlights client success stories, and strengthens our brand voice. Your content will help educate, inform, and convert enterprise audiences.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with founders, engineers, and sales teams to turn technical ideas into powerful narratives.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and edit content such as blogs, white papers, solution briefs, website copy, case studies, and product collateral.
• Collaborate with tech teams to translate complex software solutions (custom apps, cloud-native solutions, AI/ML, APIs, automation) into clear and compelling content.
• Support marketing campaigns with SEO-optimized articles, email content, and social media posts.
• Interview subject matter experts and clients to create authentic success stories and thought leadership content.
• Build content that communicates our differentiation in a competitive IT services landscape.
• Own and maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure consistency of tone, voice, and brand across all content.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in technical content writing, preferably in a startup or IT services environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology trends – application development, cloud, APIs, DevOps, microservices, and more.
• Ability to simplify technical jargon and communicate to business and tech audiences alike.
• Proficiency with SEO writing, keyword research tools, and CMS platforms.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience writing for B2B SaaS or enterprise software products.
• Exposure to agile development environments and product teams.
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva or Figma) to create visual content briefs.
• Experience contributing to RFPs, pitch decks, or sales enablement material.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide basic IT support for daily office operations

Perform data entry and maintain system records accurately

Assist in managing computers, printers, and other IT equipment

Support users with basic software, email, and system-related issues

Maintain IT-related documents, files, and reports

Ensure proper data backup and basic system maintenance

Roles and Responsibilities:

Perform detailed feature requirements analysis along with a team of Senior Developers, 

define system functionality, work on system design and document the same

● Design/Develop/Improve Cogno AI’s backend infrastructure and stack and build fault￾tolerant, scalable and real-time distributed system

● Own the design, development and deployment of code to improve product and platform 

functionality

● Taking initiative and giving ideas for improving the processes in the technology team 

would lead to better performance of the team and result in robust solutions

● Writing high-performance, reliable and maintainable code

● Support team with timely analysis and debugging of operational issues

● Emphasis on automation and scripting

● Cross-functional communication to deliver projects

What do we look for?

The following are the important eligibility requirements for this Job:

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent.

● 5+ years of experience working as a software engineer, preferably in a product-based 

company.

● Experience working with major cloud solutions AWS (preferred), Azure, and GCP.

● Familiarity with 3-Tier, microservices architecture and distributed systems

● Experience with the design & development of RESTful services

● Experience with developing Linux-based applications, networking and scripting.

● Experience with different data stores, data modelling and scaling them

● Familiarity with data stores such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Mongo-DB etc.

● 4+ years of experience with web frameworks (preferably Django, Flask etc.)

● Good understanding of data structures, multi-threading and concurrency concepts.
