Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in backend development and AI systems. You will build scalable platforms, AI-powered agents, and real-time voice applications.

What You’ll Do

● Design and develop scalable backend services using Python

● Build microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems

● Develop AI-powered agents using LLM frameworks and multi-agent systems

● Work on voice systems using STT/TTS and real-time streaming architectures

Responsibilities

As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software solutions associated with Oracle Health Insurance products. You will design, develop, test, and deploy software components while collaborating with cross-functional teams across product management, architecture, QA, and customer implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance OHI modules supporting enrollment, benefits, claims, and payments. 
• Build scalable microservices and APIs supporting payer workflows. 
• Contribute to healthcare payer platform capabilities and country-specific configurations.

● Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Spring

Boot.

● Create and optimize SQL database schemas and queries in PostgreSQL to ensure efficient

● Configure and manage Nginx web servers to efficiently handle incoming requests and improve

We are looking for a seasoned Java Developer with 6+ years of experience to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and cloud-based deployment using AWS or DevOps tools. As a senior server-side developer at Eagle, you will drive complex projects being built from scratch, and lead the junior members of the team.
