Job Title: Sr. IT Analyst – IAM & Office 365

Location: Sector 32, Gurgaon

Work Mode: Hybrid

Shift Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Should be comfortable working on weekends if needed)

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned IT Security professional with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Office 365 administration. This role is critical to ensuring secure access to enterprise systems, managing user identity lifecycles, and supporting ongoing cloud security initiatives.

You will work with cross-functional teams to implement security best practices, support operational tasks, and contribute to projects around IAM automation, Office 365 feature rollouts, and policy implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Identity and Access Management (IAM):

• Administer and maintain IAM systems across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
• Implement and optimize Conditional Access Policies, MFA, and RBAC.
• Integrate IAM solutions with Azure AD, Office 365, and other enterprise tools.
• Automate workflows for identity lifecycle management and secret/certificate rotation.
• Maintain documentation such as SOPs and process flows.

Office 365 Administration:

• Manage services like SharePoint Online, Teams, and PowerApps.
• Configure and monitor security features like DLP and Defender for Office 365.
• Troubleshoot Office 365 issues and respond to service requests.
• Ensure Office 365 logs are properly integrated into the SIEM system.

Operational Security & Projects:

• Conduct user access audits, incident handling, and vulnerability remediation.
• Participate in security tool upgrades and rollout of new O365 features.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external standards.
• Drive improvements in access control and security posture.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 4+ years in IT Security with expertise in IAM and Office 365.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AD, MFA, Conditional Access, and O365 security.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of IAM principles, RBAC, authentication protocols.
• PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Exposure to Microsoft Graph API is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.

Good to Have

• Microsoft Certification – MS-102 or equivalent.

Job Summary:

Seeking a seasoned SQL + ETL Developer with 4+ years of experience in managing large-scale datasets and cloud-based data pipelines. The ideal candidate is hands-on with MySQL, PySpark, AWS Glue, and ETL workflows, with proven expertise in AWS migration and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures to handle large datasets (100+ million records).
• Build and maintain scalable ETL pipelines using AWS Glue and PySpark.
• Work on data migration tasks in AWS environments.
• Monitor and improve database performance; automate key performance indicators and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data integration and delivery requirements.
• Write shell scripts for automation and manage ETL jobs efficiently.

Required Skills:

• Work with the development teams to design scalable, robust systems using cloud architecture for both 0-to-1 and 1-to-100 products.
• Drive technical initiatives and architectural service improvements.
• Be able to predict problems and implement solutions that detect and prevent outages.
• Mentor/manage a team of engineers.
• Design solutions with failure scenarios in mind to ensure reliability.
• Document rigorously to keep track of all changes/upgrades to the infrastructure and as well share knowledge with the rest of the team
• Identify vulnerabilities during development with actionable information to empower developers to remediate vulnerabilities
• Automate the build and testing processes to consistently integrate code

Day to day responsibilities include:

1. Work on the deployment of code via Bitbucket, AWS CodeDeploy and manual
2. Work on Linux/Unix OS and Multi tech application patching
3. Manage, coordinate, and implement software upgrades, patches, and hotfixes on servers.
4. Create and modify scripts or applications to perform tasks
5. Provide input on ways to improve the stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of the environment
6. Easing developers’ life so that they can focus on the business logic rather than deploying and maintaining it.

The expectation is to set up complete automation of CI/CD pipeline & monitoring and ensure high availability of the pipeline. The automated deployment environment can be on-prem or cloud (virtual instances, containerized and serverless). Complete test automation and ensure Security of Application as well as Infrastructure.

Configure and ensure HA of the pipeline and monitoring Setting up composition analysis in the pipeline Setting up the SCM and Artifacts repository and management for branching, merging and archiving Must work in Agile environment using ALM tool like Jira DESIRED SKILLS

Extensive hands-on Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery technology experience of .Net, Node, Java and C++ based projects(Web, mobile and Standalone). Experience configuring and managing

• ALM tools like Jira, TFS, etc.
• SCM such as GitHub, GitLab, CodeCommit
• Automation tools such as Terraform, CHEF, or Ansible
• Package repo configuration(Artifactory / Nexus), Package managers like Nuget & Chocholatey

Deep knowledge of multiple monitoring tools and how to mine them for advanced data Prior work with Helm, Postgres, MySQL, Redis, ElasticSearch, microservices, message queues and related technologies Test Automation with Selenium / CuCumber; Setting up of test Simulators.
