We are looking for a Business Development Associate who will be responsible for building strategies to enhance the company's sales and overall organizational growth.

Job Responsibilities:

· Identifying and developing new business opportunities

· Developing and executing strategic sales plans

· Meeting the business goals and objectives

· Conducting market research and analyzing competitor activities

· Identifying and contacting potential clients

· Obtain contact information of potential customers through cold calling, internet research, and emailing.

· Building and maintaining long-lasting business relationships with clients

· Identify and qualify new customers based on the company’s business model and guidelines.

· Initiate and build relationships with customers through phone, marketing mailer campaigns, in-person contacts, and presentations.

· Coordinate appointments, meetings, and calls between customers and senior management for business expansions and new opportunities.

· Manage customer meetings with internal teams for project development and delivery activities.

· Updating client and lead information in the respective databases

· Developing and implementing business growth strategies

· Preparing and presenting client retention plans

· Monitoring and analyzing sales data

· Coordinating with customers about quotations & product feedback

· Creating accurate and detailed sales reports

· Maintain a database of potential customers’ details like numbers, emails, and company information.

· Work closely with the internal team to deliver business services with a high level of customer satisfaction.

· Assist in achieving targeted revenues from current and new customers.

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in pre-sales/ telesales/ ad sales/ digital media. (FMCG sector will be preferred)

We are looking for an Android developer responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a vast number of diverse Android devices. Your primary focus will be the development of Android applications and their integration with back-end services. You will be working along-side other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential.

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Work with outside data sources and APIs
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Proven software development experience and Android skills development
• Proven working experience in Android app development and
• Have published at least one original Android app
• Experience with Android SDK
• Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
