Role & Responsibilities

4-7 years of Strong proficiency in Full stack Development of Web Applications and experience in shipping production applications.

Experience of using Typescript for development would be a mandate.

Frontend- next.js, react.js, vue.js and bit for svelte kit are highly preferred Backend- node.js, react.js, express.js

B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering from Tier 1 Colleges preferred

Experienced with Tailwind CSS

Experienced with TDD for component and end-to-end testing

Ableto set up CI/CD pipelines for testing and deployment (canary, staging) using Github actions according to project

Entrepreneurial mindset with strong decision-making skills

The trainee will work as part of Customer Success & Operations Team, solution-oriented services to Fortune 500 clients. In this role, you will be supporting the US Region and contribute to the success of our clients.

Roles and Responsibility:

• Serve as Trainee Procurement Analyst on Zycus Procurement Applications (Source to Pay)
• Work on all aspects of maintenance of an already implemented customer including business process mapping
• Work with the Technical Account Manager to ensure deliverables are on-time, increase efficiency and resolve issues for customers by coordinating with multiple teams from Zycus & customer side to achieve customer satisfaction
• Participate and contribute to best practices (tools/process), knowledge sharing like customer KYC
• Work with customers and internal stakeholders while participating and facilitating testing including User Acceptance testing
• Evaluate and suggest innovative solutions and workarounds for customer requirements
• Work efficiently on, Zycus products configuration, Incident management tools, MS-Excel, etc
• Provide strong technical understanding of our product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the Zycus solution and how it may be configured to meet a customer’s business needs.

External Skills And Expertise

• MBA in Supply Chain and Operations
• 0-3 years of relevant experience
• Prior Work Experience in any fields related to Customer Success, Operations, SaaS products, Procurement/ Supply Chain domain with MBA specialization in any other streams (other than Supply Chain and Operations) may be considered basis on merit.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills is a must.

Role Description

India Accelerator is seeking a talented Product Designer (UI/UX) to join our team full-time in Gurugram for a hybrid role. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement user-centered designs for our learning platforms. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in designing web and mobile applications, with emphasis on user experience design

• Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite

Role – Technical Architect
