Responsibilities:

Job Description

Design, develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint solutions (SharePoint Online and/or On Premise).

Develop and customize SharePoint components such as lists, libraries, workflows, forms, and web parts.

Build solutions using SPFx (SharePoint Framework), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Customize SharePoint using Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate) where applicable. Integrate SharePoint with external systems and APIs.

Manage permissions, security, and governance within SharePoint environments. Perform migration activities from legacy systems or older SharePoint versions to SharePoint Online.

Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues and performance bottlenecks.

Collaborate with business users, architects, and QA teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Prepare technical documentation and provide support during UAT and production deployments. 

Role Overview: This is an on-site internship opportunity for a Graphic Design Intern at Incruiter. The intern will be responsible for creating graphics, designing logos, developing branding materials, and performing image editing to support the company's visual content needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create visually compelling designs.

● Develop creative graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media, websites, presentations, and

other marketing materials.

● Assist in conceptualizing and designing branding elements, such as logos, banners, and

infographics.

● Edit and refine existing designs based on team feedback.

● Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to ensure modern and innovative outputs.

Skills and Qualifications:

● Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Canva, or similar tools.

● Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and visual composition.

● Ability to create engaging and visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines.

● Good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

● A creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.

● Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.

● Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect & Design

• ○ Define and maintain service architecture in Go and Node.js, ensuring scalability, resilience, and low latency.
• Lead the creation and upkeep of comprehensive Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and maintain an up-to-date data model library.

2. Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Manage, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of 5–10 backend engineers (“maverick” talent), fostering collaboration, autonomy, and ownership.
• Conduct regular code reviews, design discussions, and performance feedback sessions.

3. AI/ML Integration

• Collaborate with Data Science and ML engineers to integrate OpenAI models (e.g., GPT-4) for features like smart audio transcription, summarization, and recommendation.
• Work with DataStax (Cassandra) or similar NoSQL systems to power low-latency user analytics and AI inference pipelines.

4. Delivery & Quality

• Establish and enforce best practices for CI/CD, automated testing, performance benchmarking, and observability (metrics, logs, tracing).
• Own SLA/SLOs and incident response processes, driving rapid root-cause analysis and post-mortems.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration 

• Partner with Product, UX, and DevOps to translate business goals into technical roadmaps and deliver on tight timelines.
• Evangelize backend and data architecture decisions across the engineering organization.

Must-Have Qualifications

● Technical Expertise:

1. 6+ years backend experience with Go and Node.js, building microservices in production.
2. Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, gRPC, message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and event-driven architectures.

• Data Modeling:

1. Proven ability to author and maintain ERD documents, relational and NoSQL schema design (PostgreSQL, DataStax Cassandra).

● Team Leadership:

1. 2+ years managing high-performance engineering teams, with a track record of growing and mentoring “maverick” engineers.

● AI/ML Integration:

1. Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models, preferably OpenAI APIs or
2. custom ML pipelines, into backend systems

● Operational Excellence:

1. Strong background in designing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud services (AWS/GCP).

Nice-to-Have

● Experience with GraphQL or real-time streaming architectures (WebSockets).

● Familiarity with large-language‐model fine-tuning and hosting on infrastructure like AWS SageMaker or Azure ML.

● Background in user-centric analytics and personalization algorithms.

● Open source contributions in Go or Node.js ecosystems.

 iOS App Design and Development

 Detailed Responsibilities description:-

 Analysis of requirements and specifications

 Understanding of standard specification like Bluetooth® LE and other IoT

standards.

 Analysis of project requirements, estimation of effort required for various tasks.

 Design, Development, Enhancement and Maintenance of iOS App

 Software design including architecture and UI design of iOS App in an Agile

environment.

 Development of iOS App in Swift 5 using XCode for iOS platform.

 Write code suitable for concurrent execution / multi-threaded environment.

 Deep debugging / troubleshooting of iOS Apps both in development and

production environments across Swift.

 Profiling and optimization of iOS applications

 Use crash logs / analytics to find issue on customers’ device.
