Job Summary:
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service by handling inbound and outbound customer interactions. Your role will focus on resolving customer queries, providing product/service information, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and GDS systems.
