HTML/CSSWe are looking for a Frontend/Platform Operator to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our E-lock GPS web-based platform. This role involves monitoring the platform’s performance, resolving minor frontend issues, and reporting bugs to the development team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the frontend of the web platform for glitches, bugs, or user-reported issues.
- Perform minor frontend updates (HTML/CSS) as needed.
- Collaborate with the IT Administrator and report major issues to the developers.
- Provide user support for platform-related queries (internal team or customers).
- Document platform performance and generate basic usage reports.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React.js or basic debugging tools (preferred).
- Understanding of how frontend and backend APIs work together.
- Strong communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating with other teams.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in web operations, frontend development, or technical support.
