Ideal Candidate

8+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 3–5 years in technical/architectural leadership roles across web and mobile platforms.

Expert in React.js and React Native, with hands-on experience designing and building scalable, modular applications using modern front-end frameworks and reusable component libraries.

Strong geospatial capabilities—proven experience integrating and optimizing mapping solutions (e.g., Google Maps, HERE Maps) with features like routing, clustering, and overlays.

Mobile-first mindset, with deep knowledge of responsive UI design, performance optimization for low-bandwidth environments, and cross-platform compatibility.

Architectural expertise in modular design, micro-frontends, SSR/SSG, PWAs, and cross-platform solutions—ideally with experience in monorepo environments and BFF patterns.

Technical leadership skills, including mentoring developers, enforcing best practices, driving autonomous development, and aligning technical solutions with business needs.

CI/CD & DevOps familiarity—strong understanding of build tools (Webpack, Vite, Metro), containerization (Docker), and deployment automation using Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.

Security, accessibility, and testing focus—capable of implementing WCAG-compliant UIs, secure data handling, and robust test strategies using tools like Jest, Cypress, Detox, and Appium

Must Have

1. Angular 13+

Management skills required

1. Drive scrum meetings (Daily sync-up, Weekly planning meetings, Monthly meetings)

2. JIRA Understanding, including JIRA Reports, Releases

4. Document preparation for any new feature/requirements using confluence

5. Track team timesheet reports

6. Communication with External team members  

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the manual testing efforts of the QA team in an Agile development environment.
• Create and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Collaborate with development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and execute test cases.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Develop and maintain test documentation, including test cases, plans, and reports.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on test progress, defect status, and quality metrics to higher authorities.
• Perform Functional, Non-Functional, GUI testing, Smoke, Sanity testing, Performance testing, Pen Testing, Monkey testing, Retesting & Regression testing.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process.
• To prepare daily Sprint reports.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in software testing and QA methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing and QA, with a focus on manual testing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a team lead managing at least 5 team members in an Agile development environment
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology.
• Experience with testing web-based applications, mobile applications, and APIs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with test management tools, such as JIRA, AIO, Trello, etc.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture,applications and modules
• Experience with integrations between ServiceNow and other
  tools/systems
• Proficient in all phases of the Application Development
  lifecycle with experience in an agile environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with
  experience interacting with clients at multiple levels
• ServiceNow certifications are preferred
• Experience with Knowledge Base platforms, ideally
  ServiceNow Knowledge Management application is a plus

• 2+ years of relevant experience in Android Development.
• Should be strong in Android fundamentals (including UI design), OOP & Java fundamentals.
• Should be strong in Kotlin fundamentals and coroutines.
• Familiar with Android Architectures, Multithreading Concepts, Testing framework like JUnit, Espresso, Mockito and Reactive Programming.
• Familiar with Dependency Injection and memory optimization techniques.
• Practitioner of SOLID principles.
• Working experience in Compose and KMM (Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile) is an addon
• Should have been part of a team which has shipped at-least one App and lived through the process without too many scars
• Stellar problem solving skills

1. Should be very strong Scala development(Coding)
2. With Any combination of Java/Python/Spark/Bigdata
3. 3+ years experience in Core Java/Scala with good understanding of multithreading
4. The candidate must be good with Computer Science fundamentals
5. Exposure to python/perl and Unix / K-Shell scripting
6. Code management tools such as Git/Perforce.
7. Experience with large batch-oriented systems 
8. DB2/Sybase or any RDBMS
9. Prior experience with financial products, particularly OTC Derivatives
10. Exposure to counterparty risk, margining, collateral or confirmation systems
