About the Role:

We're looking for a full-stack Intern with a strong backend focus to join our team. You'll work on building and maintaining scalable server-side applications while occasionally contributing to frontend development.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs
• Work with databases to ensure data integrity and optimize performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features end-to-end
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decisions

Required Skills

• Node.js: Solid experience building server-side applications
• TypeScript Strong typing practices and modern JavaScript/TypeScript patterns
• PostgreSQL Database design, querying, and performance optimization
• NestJS Experience with this framework (or similar structured Node frameworks)
• GraphQL Familiarity with building or consuming GraphQL APIs
• Networking fundamentals: understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, and how web protocols work

Nice to Have

• Docker Containerization and local development environments
• Terraform Infrastructure as code experience
• Cloud platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure

Experience in Program Management / Strategic Planning / Demand Planning.

● Must be from Tier-1 academic background (IIT, , NIT, NSU preferred).

● Need candidate from Ecommerce and Startup only.

● Strong demand-planning and business acumen with the ability to identify growth and whitespace opportunities.

● Candidate should have proven ability to build programs from 0–1 (Scratch - End) and drive initiative execution.

● Excellent stakeholder management & presentation skills, with strong proficiency in MS Excel.

● Experience in forecasting & planning tools, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

● Candidate must have Leadership ability to execute cross-functional projects, turning strategy into clear, measurable results.

● Candidate having Founder's Office Experience will be an added advantage.

● Candidate having OTA Channel's (Online Travel Agency) working experience will be considered a strong plus.

Technical Lead

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 9+ years in software development with a proven track record of delivering scalable applications.
• Leadership Skills: 4+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, demonstrating strong mentoring abilities.
• Technical Lead must Lead and mentor a team of software developers and validation engineers.
• Technical Skills: Technical Lead must have Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, React js, SQL, MySQL, Javascript, Web API are required .NET, or Python, along with frameworks and tools used in software development.
• Technical Lead must have General working knowledge of Selenium to support current business automation tools and future automation requirements.
• General working knowledge of PHP desired to support current legacy applications which are on the roadmap for future modernization.
• Technical Lead must have Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban or similar).
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git or similar).
• Development Methodologies: Experience with Agile development methodologies and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities that enable the identification of complex technical issues.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Innovation: A passion for technology and innovation, with a keen interest in exploring new technologies to find the best solutions.

* Experience in C/C++ and have strong experience embedded application development and integration in Linux

* Good in creating unit tests, performing code reviews, optimizing performance and ensuring standards for maintainability  

* Debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor of Engineering, preferably in Computer Science/or related fields or Masters, from a premier college
• 2 to 6 years overall software development experience
• Proven hands-on Software Development experience
• Ability to work with an agile mindset
• Having a polyglot mindset to think beyond one programming language/framework to choose the right tech stack for the right problem and exhibit learnability to pick up new technologies
• Proven working experience in Java development/Python development with reasonable exposure to Python/Java respectively or willingness to learn Python/Java
• Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms/Python Frameworks
• Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns
• Good Understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms
• Hands on multi-threading
• Experience in the Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (e.g. JDBC, JPA2, Hibernate, Django ORM)
• Experience with test-driven development
