1. Own conversational quality across deployments
- Achieve 80%+ quality scores on insurer QA audits
- Design conversations across:
- Hindi
- English
- 3+ regional languages
- Ensure agents sound:
- Natural
- Context-aware
- Consistent across interactions
2. Build a reusable prompt and workflow library
- Reduce new workflow launch time from 3 weeks → 5 days
- Create standardized:
- Prompt templates
- Conversation flows
- Objection handling patterns
- Ensure new deployments do not start from scratch
3. Design human-like conversational behavior
- Move agents from:
- Scripted → adaptive
- Robotic → human-like
- Focus on:
