Content Writer and copywriter

Content Creator:

We are hiring an anchor/content creator for our YT channel. The candidate must be able to explain things well and can easily break down complex topics. The candidate would be adept at analyzing which content will work in the YouTube space. The candidate will have to prepare the script for this content with a clear and catchy flow right from the introduction to the body to the conclusion along with industry examples. The anchor will be creating videos on interesting career/educational topics. Past experience in creating educational content will be given priority. 

What You Will Do:

• Create content for our YouTube and social media handles
• Break down complex concepts of higher education and career and present it to the audience in an engaging way
• Be the face of the organization and endorse it to the world outside
• Assist in managing the YouTube channel’s content efficiently
• Engage with subscribers of the channel through our community channel

What You Should Have :

• 2+ years of content creation/anchoring experience
• Excellent command of Hindi and English
• Comfort to be in front of the camera and can shoot videos independently
• Interested and/or experienced in educational content
• Can also do voiceovers if required
• Good communication Skills and Clear pronunciations
• BBA/BTECH/BCA degree holder or have made content on these courses in the past

• Writing compelling content for email campaigns, landing pages, advertisements, live events, webinars and communication with customers
• Improvising current product portfolio leading to better audience engagement and brand positioning
• Researching on topics that are of interest to our target audience and creating pipeline of future launches
• Staying up-to-date with trending advertising strategies
• Creating out-of-the-box campaign ideas
• Proofreading, editing and improving content created by others and ensuring brand consistency
• Working alongside team members to come up with concepts and ideas to increase revenue
• Ensuring correct grammar and spelling throughout content and website

• Researching on consumer interests to come up with relevant topics and ensuring these journalistic articles are backed up by scientific Ayurvedic research, and write them in an easy-to-understand fashion that’s also scientifically accurate.
• Researching the target audience’s interests and needs    
• Researching the scientific Ayurvedic understanding of said topics
• Creating highly valuable informational articles for online purposes 
• Staying up-to-date with latest trends in USA and EU regarding skincare, health and wellness 
• Creating mind-blowing value for our customers

Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical Content Writer with 2-5 years of experience in producing high-quality documentation that can contribute to the overall success of our products. The selected candidate will work collaboratively with developers, quality assurance engineers, product managers, and usability experts to make our products easier to understand and use.

Job Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for authoring tasks, creation, and integration of printed or electronic end-user documentation
• Document ongoing software developments in applications, products, and services
• Develop user guides, technical specification documents, online help files, API documents, feature description documents, How-To articles, and other ad hoc documentation deliverables
• Contribute to process improvements for enhancing efficiency
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively with developers and SMEs to gather knowledge on functional requirements
• Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
• Create and maintain the information architecture
• Provide estimates about documentation tasks to the Scrum Master
• Provide technical documentation for newly developed features on time and as per the defined quality standards

Required Skills:

• 2 - 5 Years of Relevant experience in the field of technical documentation
• Knowledge of end-user documentation/product documentation/technical documentation
• Excellent technical writing skills
• Creative conceptual thinker
• Impeccable command over grammar with excellent communication skills
• Proficient in working with an XML editor, authoring, and other graphics-related tools like SnagIt, Visio, etc

• Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
• Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
• Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
• Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
• Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic Promote content on social media
• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
• Update website content as needed
