About the role
We’re looking for someone who can own the final mile of content before it goes live. You’ll be responsible for ensuring every microdrama episode is clean, error-free, and ready to ship—fast.
In microdrama, every second counts. This role ensures our content is not just live—but polished, engaging, and binge-worthy.
Responsibilities
- Content Quality Check
- Review and QC multiple short-form video episodes daily before release
- Catch issues across subtitles, audio, cuts, pacing, and metadata
- Ensure every episode meets platform quality standards and is ready to publish
- Subtitles & Copy Review
- Create and review subtitles for timing, accuracy, and readability
- Edit titles and descriptions to be clear, engaging, and error-free
- Maintain consistency in tone, formatting, and overall presentation
- Content Ops & Coordination
- Work closely with content, editing, and creative teams to resolve issues quickly
- Track fixes and follow up to ensure deadlines are met
- Flag blockers early and communicate timelines clearly
- Tracking & Basic Analysis
- Maintain trackers for content status, errors, and releases
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
- Support basic performance tracking (retention, drop-offs, etc.)
