Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the Blockchain / Web3 / Crypto ecosystem.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales within Blockchain, Web3, FinTech, or SaaS domains.
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals — DeFi, NFTs, Smart Contracts, Layer 1/Layer 2 protocols, and crypto investment products.
• Proven track record of closing high-value deals and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced blockchain startup environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and digital outreach strategies.

Good to Have

• Experience engaging with international blockchain clients or investor communities.

Job Summary:

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service by handling inbound and outbound customer interactions. Your role will focus on resolving customer queries, providing product/service information, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and GDS systems. You will act as a key point of contact between the company and its customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats professionally
• Assist customers with inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems and GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
