We are hiring a highly skilled **AI Engineer & Full-Stack Developer** based in India, with a strong background in AI/ML, multi-agent architecture, and scalable, production-grade software development.

### Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain a multi-agent AI system (AutoGPT, BabyAGI, MetaGPT concepts)  

- Integrate large language models (GPT-4o, Claude, open-source LLMs)  

- Develop full-stack components (Backend: Python, FastAPI/Flask, Frontend: React/Next.js)  

- Work on real-time task execution pipelines  

- Build cross-platform apps using Electron or Flutter  

- Implement Redis, Vector databases, scalable APIs  

- Guide the architecture of autonomous, self-coding AI systems  

### Must-Have Skills:

- Python (advanced, AI applications)  

- AI/ML experience, including multi-agent orchestration  

- LLM integration knowledge  

- Full-stack development: React or Next.js

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN DEFENCE DOMAIN

a)   Design and Modelling:

§ Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD designs of components and systems using tools such as SolidWorks- preferred or NX CAD, AutoCAD, or CATIA.

§ Develop and refine engineering drawings for manufacturing and assembly.

§ Ensure designs meet technical specifications, functional requirements, and industry standards.

b)   Prototyping and Testing

§ Collaborate with the R&D team to develop and test prototypes.

§ Perform feasibility studies and stress analyses using simulation tools or manual methods.

§ Identify and address design issues during testing and validation phases.

c)   Process Optimization

§ Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are optimized for production

§ Implement Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles in projects.

§ Continuously improve existing designs to enhance performance and cost efficiency.

d)   Collaboration and Documentation

§ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers.

§ Prepare technical documentation, including engineering reports, specifications, and design records.

§ Support project planning and provide inputs for timelines and resource requirements

Role Overview:

The AI Research Intern will focus on natural language processing (NLP) and working with large language models (LLMs). They will assist in refining and testing the retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) system for CopilotGTM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and refining NLP models to answer customer queries.
• Research and implement improvements to minimize hallucinations in the LLM.
• Test RAG model configurations and provide feedback to improve accuracy.

We are looking out for someone who has experience using Flutter widgets that can be plugged together, customized and deployed anywhere. • Being guardian for the Conversion rate optimization (CRO) for the entire merchant funnel - Landing page, Signup, Onboarding, Referral and Engagement
• Handling all merchant lifecycle communication to optimize merchant funnels via emails, sms, push notifications and more
• Working closely with Product team to create viral loops across the merchant and consumer lifecycle to drive sustainable product-led growth
