Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO).
- Assist with HR documentation, data entry, and compliance tracking.
- Support recruitment activities including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and tracking candidates.
- Maintain employee databases and ensure accuracy of personnel records.
- Coordinate internal communications between HR, leadership, and other departments.
- Contribute to the development of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Help troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day HR issues.
