Job Description: We are looking for a skilled React.js Developer to join our team and build highly responsive web applications. You will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless user interactions.

Responsibilities:

● Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.

● Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.

● Identifying web-based user interactions.

● Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts.

● Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following react.js workows.

● Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes. Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.

● Monitoring and improving front-end performance.

● Documenting application changes and developing updates.

● Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

Skills:

● Strong prociency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

● Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles

● Experience with popular React.js workows (such as Flux or Redux)

● Familiarity with newer specications of EcmaScript

● Familiarity with RESTful APIs

● Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token, and familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools

● Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

● Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

● A knack for benchmarking and optimization

● Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, BitBucket & experience with user interface design.

● Understanding of performance testing frameworks like Mocha and Jest, as well as practical knowledge of browser-based debugging and performance testing tools

● Outstanding troubleshooting abilities.

● Adequate project management abilities.

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries.
• React Expertise: Deep understanding of React.js and its core principles, including hooks, context API, and state management.
• Tools: Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), build tools (e.g., Webpack), and testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with: Knowledge of TypeScript, Redux, and modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Design: Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and responsive design.
• Blockchain: Understanding of blockchain technologies and cryptocurrency concepts is a plus.

Requirements

• 2.5+ years of experience in React JS and Redux
• Expert in React.j, ideally using TypeScript language extensions
• Good understanding of JavaScript Design Patterns
• Good experience writing front-end test cases
• HTML5, CSS3 and Responsive web design are mandatory
• Exposure to Scrum methodology and XP technical practices such as unit testing, pair programming, test-driven development, continuous integration or continuous delivery
• Self-motivated, fast learner, detail-oriented, team player and a sense of humour
• Should have experience with Payment(US) Integrations
• Should have experience with Ecommerce/ERP Connectors

Role and Responsibilities:

• The candidate must be keenly expert in JavaScript (ES6), React JS (Functional React- React with Hooks).
• Must be well aware of the JS concepts like promises, async-await, callback, fetch, and array methods like map, filter, reduce. 
• We are highly fetching for the candidates that are good with conditional rendering, and very much clear regarding the concepts of useEffect hook.
• Knowledge of GIT is a must.
• Knowledge and experience in any state management library such as redux or context is a plus.
• Must be familiar with JS libraries like Axios, and UI libraries like material-ui, core-ui, formik, etc.
• Must have a proper understanding of CSS properties like margin, padding, flex, position, z-index, media queries, and other important concepts like media queries, DOM manipulation.
• Must be aware of using dev tools provided in the browsers such inspect elements and network tab to track API calls.
• Basic API calling through postman or similar tools.
• Candidate worked on projects dealing with manipulation of dates, form validations, etc. are preferred.

Experience Required:

• The candidate must at least have a total experience of 1 Year - 3 Years in the relevant field. 
• The candidate must have basic knowledge regarding data structure and algorithm.

• The candidate must be strong with basics and their concepts must be clear enough to deal with all sorts of delusions.

• The job-role of a React.js developer is open only for candidates residing in Indore or are willing to relocate to Indore.

1. Strong expertise with HTML, CSS, and writing cross-browser compatible code
2. Good understanding of AJAX and JavaScript Dom manipulation Techniques
