About the Role:

Job Purpose:

Senior technical architect will make sure that technologies function simultaneously and transforming specifications into design and architecture documents utilized by the team to create solutions. Managing the implementation of programs. Coordinating with the software development team to ensure the system runs smoothly.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage one or more Applications Development teams in an effort to accomplish established goals as well as conduct personnel duties for team (e.g. performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions)

Qualification

• Gather & document requirements using tools like interviews, workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, etc.
• Interact with clients to do requirements gathering that will include the usage of various elicitation techniques like Document Analysis, Requirement Workshops, Focused Groups etc.
• Conduct business analysis and research to identify key metrics and opportunities for improvements

We are looking for HTML Integrators, responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating themes and plugins. As Lead Software Engineer, we are looking for a person who loves to engineer design specs into usable interactions.
