Job Summary:
The Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses, guiding research, contributing to academic administration, and fostering innovation in the field. The role demands a strong commitment to academic excellence, research contributions, and mentorship of students, in line with the vision and mission of the university.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Teaching & Learning:
Deliver high-quality lectures and laboratory sessions in core and advanced areas of Computer Science & Engineering.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools as per the approved curriculum.
Adopt innovative teaching methodologies, including ICT-enabled learning and outcome-based education (OBE).
2. Research & Publications:
Conduct independent and collaborative research in areas of specialization.
Publish research papers in peer-reviewed journals and present in reputed conferences.
Apply for funded research projects from national/international agencies.
3. Student Mentorship & Guidance:
Supervise B.Tech, M.Tech, and Ph.D. dissertations/projects.
Mentor students for academic, career, and personal development.
Guide students in participating in hackathons, coding competitions, and innovation challenges.
4. Curriculum Development:
Contribute to syllabus design and revision as per industry needs and latest technological trends.
Ensure alignment with AICTE/UGC/NAAC/NBA accreditation requirements.
5. Administrative & Institutional Responsibilities:
Participate in departmental and institutional committees.
Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, FDPs, and conferences.
Contribute to accreditation, quality assurance, and academic audits.
6. Professional Development:
Keep abreast with emerging trends in CSE and higher education pedagogy.
Engage in continuous learning through FDPs, MOOCs, and industry collaborations.
Eligibility & Qualifications (As per AICTE/UGC Norms)
Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience: Minimum of 8 years teaching/research/industry experience, with at least 6 years at the level of Assistant Professor.
Research: Minimum of 7 publications in refereed journals as per UGC-CARE list and at least one Ph.D. degree awarded or ongoing under supervision.
Other Requirements:
Good academic record throughout.
Proven ability to attract research funding.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities
As a Mobile App Developer, you will need to:
- Flutter: To build cross-platform mobile apps for Android, IOS. This should include making responsive UIs to efficiently query data and also manage states in an optimised manner.
- Native Android and IOS: To build custom Flutter Packages.
- Firebase: Should have experience with Cloud Fire Database, Push Notifications, Cloud Functions and Analytics.
