Role Overview

We’re seeking a high-performance Sales Closer who knows how to pitch, handle objections, and seal the deal. You’ll be on the front lines speaking directly with inbound and qualified leads, pitching the value of Pixerize, following up persistently, and turning interest into revenue. Responsibilities

• Take discovery and pitch calls with warm leads and prospects.
• Present tailored solutions and close deals confidently.
• Handle objections with professionalism and confidence.
• Build rapport and maintain strong client communication throughout the sales cycle.
• Follow up consistently to guide leads through the pipeline.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to align messaging and delivery.
• Track progress in CRM and meet (or exceed) monthly sales targets.

• Number of deals closed monthly.
• Conversion rate from discovery to close.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a sales role, ideally in tech, services, or startups.
• Strong public speaking and on-call presentation skills.
• Proven ability to close deals and meet quotas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Persuasive, resilient, and confident under pressure.
• Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced team environment.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Close.
• Experience selling marketing, automation, or digital services.
• Basic understanding of lead funnels and sales automation.

Key Responsibilities

•        As a part of the DevOps team, you will be responsible for configuration, optimization, documentation, and support of the CI/CD components.

•        Creating and managing build and release pipelines with Azure DevOps and Jenkins.

•        Assist in planning and reviewing application architecture and design to promote an efficient deployment process.

•        Troubleshoot server performance issues & handle the continuous integration system.

•        Automate infrastructure provisioning using ARM Templates and Terraform.

•        Monitor and Support deployment, Cloud-based and On-premises Infrastructure.

•        Diagnose and develop root cause solutions for failures and performance issues in the production environment.

Essential Requirements

•        Good hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS & GCP. (Preferably Azure)

•        Strong knowledge of CI/CD principles.

•        Strong work experience with CI/CD implementation tools like Azure DevOps, Team city, Octopus Deploy, AWS Code Deploy, and Jenkins.

•        Experience of writing automation scripts with PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.

•        GitHub, JIRA, Confluence, and Continuous Integration (CI) system.

•        Understanding of secure DevOps practices

Good to Have -

•        Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash

•        Experience with project management and workflow tools such as Agile, Jira, Scrum/Kanban, etc.

•        Experience with Build technologies and cloud services. (Jenkins, TeamCity, Azure DevOps, Bamboo, AWS Code Deploy)

•        Strong communication skills and ability to explain protocol and processes with team and management.

•        Must be able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a constantly changing environment.

•        Must have a good understanding of SDLC.

•        Knowledge of Linux, Windows server, Monitoring tools, and Shell scripting.

•        Self-motivated; demonstrating the ability to achieve in technologies with minimal supervision.

Strong proficiency in node.js and frameworks available for it such as Express.js

Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Typescript

Strong problem-solving skills with a good understanding  of data structures algorithms

Hands-on experience and good knowledge of AWS services

Zeal and drive to take end-to-end ownership

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
• 1+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.

Additional Job requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science/Math or equivalent
• BS in computer science or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant professional software development experience: designing, developing, and delivering software written in Java, C#, or C++, web development.
• Knowledgeable in object-oriented design patterns.
• Experience building highly scalable and distributed systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with service-oriented architecture and application/services development
• Passion for performance debugging and benchmarking
• Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels of the organization

Technical Leader reporting to the CTO/CEO. Your responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:

1. Architecting, Designing and Developing Software Programmes based on requirements provided
2. Designing and Developing with a high quality of code that is modular, scalable and re-usable at all times
3. Promote SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) to ensure all of the services are Highly-Available and Fault Tolerant at all times
4. Communicate effectively the system requirements to other software development teams
5. Involve pro-actively with client and their requirements
6. Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods
7. Oversee assigned programs (e.g. conduct code review) and provide guidance to team members
