What You'll Be Working On

• Designing and developing scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
• Building REST APIs and Microservices
• Working on cloud-ready applications and distributed systems
• Collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers
• Improving application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Contributing to architecture and technical design discussions
• Leveraging AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity
• Working with CI/CD pipelines and modern software engineering practices.

Skills We're Looking For

Must Have

• 3–6 years of experience in Java development(Min 3 Years)
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate/JPA
• Experience building Microservices and REST APIs
• Strong understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, and Clean Coding Practices
• Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Working knowledge of Git
• Hands-on experience with Frontend Technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular)
• Experience with Maven or Gradle

Good to Have

• Experience with AWS or cloud environments
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience with distributed systems and scalable architectures
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java.

Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.

Work with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and related Java frameworks.

Design and optimize database queries and data models.

Integrate applications with internal and third-party APIs/services.

Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.

Troubleshoot production issues and identify root causes.

Improve application performance, reliability, security, and scalability.

Participate in code reviews and follow software engineering best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Contribute to application architecture and technical design decisions.
