You will work closely with business teams, technical teams and operational teams alike.  You'll need to work well cross functionally, have strong interpersonal and written communication skills, be able to operate successfully both strategically and tactically, and have a strong bias for action. As a Mobile developer you are required to work with a team of architects, and developers to create mobile applications.

·       Design and build applications for the iOS platform

·       Ensure the performance, quality, and knowledge of best practices

·       Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features

·       Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs

·       Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

·       Working knowledge of the general mobile orientation, architecture, trends, and emerging technologies.

·       Solid understanding of the full mobile application development life cycle.

·       Must have good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

·       Self-starter having the ability to independently acquire the knowledge required in succeeding his job.

·       Good communication skills. Should be able to discuss requirement for stake holders like, Product Owner and other Business stakeholders

·       Proficient with Swift 5 & above

·       Strong understanding of MVVM Architecture and should be able to demonstrate working experience

·       Strong knowledge of Design patterns

·       Strong with Auto layout and Storyboard for proficient user interface creation

·       Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.

·       Experience with Online/Offline storage, threading, and performance tuning

·       Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services

·       Knowledge of UX standards

·       Should have experience with Unit Testing

·       Understanding of Apple's design principles and interface guidelines.

·       Review code, follow best practices for coding guidelines

·       Proficient with writing reusable code

·       Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications, social media integration, and integration of analytics

·       Knack for benchmarking and optimization

·       Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git / SVN, Swift Package Manager, Cocoa Pods)

·       Familiarity with continuous integration

·       Knowledge of Appstore Deployment process/norms

·       Good knowledge of Certificate and Profile creations

·       Good knowledge of distribution builds for testing over TestFlight or similar distribution tools.

• Experience with Cloud native Data tools/Services such as AWS Athena, AWS Glue, Redshift Spectrum, AWS EMR, AWS Aurora, Big Query, Big Table, S3, etc.

• Strong programming skills in at least one of the following languages: Java, Scala, C++.

• Familiarity with a scripting language like Python as well as Unix/Linux shells.

• Comfortable with multiple AWS components including RDS, AWS Lambda, AWS Glue, AWS Athena, EMR. Equivalent tools in the GCP stack will also suffice.

• Strong analytical skills and advanced SQL knowledge, indexing, query optimization techniques.

• Experience implementing software around data processing, metadata management, and ETL pipeline tools like Airflow.

Experience with the following software/tools is highly desired:

• Apache Spark, Kafka, Hive, etc.

• SQL and NoSQL databases like MySQL, Postgres, DynamoDB.

• Workflow management tools like Airflow.

• AWS cloud services: RDS, AWS Lambda, AWS Glue, AWS Athena, EMR.

• Familiarity with Spark programming paradigms (batch and stream-processing).

• RESTful API services.

• The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Business Development dealing with brand partnerships
• Must be an organized multitasker, be able to handle diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines. Start-up experience will be preferable.
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

Responsibilities:

• Build scalable and optimized backend APIs / RPCs using Go.
• Experience in developing and maintaining live services (troubleshooting, monitoring).
• Work with designers and developers to structure the APIs and database.
• Implement Admin tools for live ops, events, and economy tweaking.
• Ensure that the backend is secure against hacks like tampering with API calls/data.
• Help evaluate and improve backend architecture for the company.

Requirements:

• Experience in working with relational databases. PostgreSQL is a plus.
• Experience Window: 5 to 10 years on Go (Good to have).
• Solid understanding of any of the existing cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Experience with docker and containerization.
• Expert knowledge in any backend tech like Go, Kotlin, JAVA, . NET Core, NodeJS, Python, Angular, etc.
• Strong familiarity with system design, algorithms, and data structures.
• Experience in writing APIs and cloud database.
• Experience in CI/CD environments.
• Bonus: Experience with real-time multiplayer backend/networking/ games is plus.
• Bonus: Experience with any BAAS platform (Nakama/Playfab/Gamesparks).
