Job Title: Front Desk & Security Executive (Male Candidates Only)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a male Front Desk & Security Executive with 3+ years of experience to manage reception duties and ensure the security of our IT office. The role involves monitoring access, preventing unauthorized activities, and responding to security incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and manage front desk tasks.

Monitor and control access to the office.

Prevent criminal activities and address safety threats.

Conduct body frisking to ensure compliance with security guidelines.

Respond promptly to security incidents.

Qualifications:

Male candidates only.

3+ years of experience in front desk or security roles.

Graduate of ROTC/CHDF/Criminology Course or equivalent (good to have).

Must be at least 162 cm in height, 120 lbs in weight, and a High School graduate.

Must be physically and mentally fit for security duties.

Must have completed Pre-Licensing Training Course/Basic Security Guard Course or be exempt.

Must be an Indian Citizen.

Good to have: Proficiency in Kannada, Hindi, and English.

Working Hours:

Full-time, Monday to Friday (Shifts may vary).

•Proficiency in programming/scripting with Kotlin/Espresso

•Strong experience in developing Automation scripts, Automation framework

•Experience in automation of Mobile application and Rest APIs using Kotlin/Espresso framework

We bring traditional and new local Artists on STAGE who create content in hyperlocal genres like Ragini, Geet, Saang in dialect like haryanavi, rajasthani etc. We are on a mission to uplift the cultural roots of Bharat, by connecting/introducing dialect based content to young and adult audiences. There are 400 million ( 40 crore) Bharatwaisi who primarily speak in dialects in Bharat. We want to serve them well by providing quality content in their local culture. This is a complete remote work so good communication skills would be a strong plus for this role. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the product design function at STAGE
• Collaborate with cross functional teams like Technology, Product, Content and deliver amazing product experiences to our users
• Create user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes for STAGE on mobile, web and TV
• Conduct user research for discovering user insights aligned with the business goals
• Work closely with our users to understand and solve their pain points
• Contribute towards each stage of design thinking principles (Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test, Scale) for our users

Requirements:

• 3-5 year of experience in product design, UI/UX

• Ability to convert a high-level PRD into a detailed ERD for execution. Coordinate with business teams to understand the functional requirement and convert it into engineering logic
