We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager to expand our clientele. You will be responsible for applying different sales strategies and work with dedication to increase sales. Your ultimate goal will be to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and maintaining strong client relationships.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• 4 - 8 Years of Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Requirements:
Hands-on experience with n8n, Make, or Zapier (or similar tools).

Working knowledge of JavaScript and basic Python for API scripting.

Outbound Sales duties and responsibilities
- Conduct research on target industries and companies to identify key decision-makers and their contact information which in our case is mining, manufacturing and infrastructure
- Vet and manage lead list on CRM or other products and keep them updated
