About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven B2C EdTech Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our upskilling courses to individual customers. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to understand the needs of our target market, and you will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and close deals.
Key responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Should be willing to make calls to cold and warm leads.
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
- Report and present Inside Sales progress and updates
- Manage email and telephonic communication with prospective clients
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, industry trends, and competition.
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team in planning for campaigns
- Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others.

Key Responsibilities:
· Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design comprehensive Informatica MDM solutions tailored to their needs.

· Integration: Integrate Informatica MDM solutions with other enterprise systems, such as CRM, ERP, and BI platforms, to facilitate seamless data exchange and interoperability.
· Customization: Develop custom components, workflows, and extensions to extend the functionality of Informatica MDM and meet specific business requirements.
· Data Governance: Establish data governance policies, standards, and best practices to govern the use, management, and quality of master data within the organization.
· Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, user guides, and training materials, to support the implementation and maintenance of Informatica MDM solutions.
· Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of Informatica MDM solutions.
· Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, administrators, and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Informatica MDM solutions.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing and configuring Informatica MDM solutions.
- Proficiency in Informatica MDM Hub, Informatica Data Director, Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), and related Informatica tools and technologies.
- Strong understanding of data modelling principles, data integration concepts, and master data management best practices.
- Hands-on experience with data profiling, cleansing, and transformation using Informatica IDQ.
- Experience with data governance frameworks, data stewardship workflows, and data quality metrics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Outbound Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and qualify high-potential leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.

- Develop creative and personalized outreach strategies to engage prospects.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
- Initiate contact with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.

- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value of Orai's AI solutions.
Sales Pitching & Deal Closure:
- Develop persuasive sales pitches and proposals for outbound prospects.
- Address objections and negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure deals.
- Drive the sales process from initial outreach to closing the deal.
Pipeline Management & Target Achievement:
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress toward targets.
· Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
· Strong skills in addressing objections, negotiating contracts, and finalizing deals.
Market Research & Sales Insights:
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market conditions.

Liaise with customer service agency project manager, ensuring efficient communication
channels are put in place between Mobile App team and customer agency.
Develop policies and procedures. Prepare a playbook that customer service agents follow to

balance satisfying customer needs and supporting the goals of the organization. This would
include constant review and revision as customer needs change and the business evolves.
Ensure that customer service agents are equipped with an up-to-date repository of responses.

Responsible for configuring and managing HubSpot dashboard, with the goal to fulfill data &
analytics requirements from different stakeholders.
Lead/Facilitate meetings with different stakeholders at regular intervals to ensure relevant data

Serve as point person for product team to provide future enhancements, bug fixes etc /
