Role & responsibilities

• Develop new Leads of Industries who can install solar
• Develop strong relationships with the different stakeholders in these industries
• Generate proposals, offers
• Conduct negotiations with prospective customers
• Close orders with prospective customers
• Work with the Products team to better mold the product as per the customers requirements
• Hand hold a customer in their transition to renewable energy

Preferred candidate profile

• Past work experience as a sales executive / manager in an EPC company / project developer
• First hand knowledge of Rooftop Solar
• Strong Industry connects to be able to work independently
• Bachelors Degree in associated field
• Comfortable with travelling over night to visit the site if required

Job Responsibilities:

• Code emails in Emarsys ESP environment using HTML and Emarsys tags.
• Integrate models from DS team using Emarsys and Snowflake data connections.
• Use JIRA to manage email development tickets.
• Dedicated PM to manage partnership between developers and BN email team, providing status updates of all projects. This person is the POC for all project discussions and help.
• Development needs - average of 9 emails/per week over the year.
• Ability to pick up and edit pre-built legacy emails and build email from scratch using creative Figma files.
• QA media prior to sharing to reduce errors in layouts, copy and links

Team Leadership:

Lead and manage a team of operations staff, including training, performance evaluations, and ongoing coaching.

Member Experience:

Ensure a high level of member satisfaction by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

Address member inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Space Management:

Collaborate with the design and facilities teams to address space-related needs.

Operational Processes:

Develop, implement, and streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and member experiences.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.

Negotiate contracts and terms to optimize value and service quality.

Health and Safety Compliance:

Implement and monitor emergency response protocols.

Financial Management:

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

6–8 years of experience in operations management, facility management, or related roles

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Organizational skills with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational software

Detail-oriented and results-driven mindset.

Knowledge of health, safety, and security regulations.

Qualifications:

What you need to have:

Mandatory Requirement/ Preference:

- 4 years of experience for delivering enterprise solutions or products using full SDLC 

- 4 years of work experience with enterprise solutions for Microsoft platform (SQL Server, stored procedures, WCF, C#.net, Entity Framework) 

- Extensive knowledge and experience with creating and maintaining stored procedure in MS SQL Server.

- Working with WEB API added advantage
