Mandatory Criteria

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification required.
• Strong command over Tally or equivalent accounting software.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, cost accounting, and budget management.
• In-depth understanding of direct and indirect tax laws.
• Experience in manufacturing industry accounting practices.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

OKR

• Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, balance sheets, and cashflow statements.
• Monitor and review project budgets to ensure adherence and cost control.
• Oversee daily accounting operations, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate and timely statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, PT, ESIC).
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial planning and reporting.

• Write clear, concise, and compelling content for various platforms, including website copy, blog posts, articles, social media updates, email newsletters, marketing materials, and more.

Content Strategy & Planning:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and strategies.
• Brainstorm and pitch content ideas.
• Analyze content performance and make recommendations for improvement.
• Understand and implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with designers, marketers, and other team members to ensure content consistency and quality.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deadlines.

1. Develop customizations and configurations to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, including entity customization, form design, workflow development, and business process automation.
2. Collaborate with functional teams to gather and document requirements for customizations and integrations.
3. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the functional teams on best practices for Dynamics 365 customization and integration.
4. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, specifications, and test plans.
5. Work with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 customizations and integrations.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 features and technologies, and provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements

Desired Candidate Profile

• CA inter or CA final is preferred
• Work experience as an Accountant
• Must have strong knowledge and experience in Tally
• Must be willing to work from office and for 6-days a week
• Must have advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Responding to internal and external inquiries on-time as communicated by the management
• Assisting in financial Audit and auditing vendors
• Identifying and communicating opportunities for improvement in-terms of methods and practices followed
• Communicating any technical issues related to accounting
