We are a Florida-based nonprofit organization seeking a dedicated full-time remote Social Media Manager / Virtual Assistant to support us in managing our social media accounts and assisting with various administrative and digital tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Respond to comments and messages professionally using our in-house systems.
• Monitor analytics and provide performance reports
• Assist with content creation (graphics, captions, hashtags)
• Support outreach and community engagement
• Perform general virtual assistant tasks as needed

Schedule:

• 42 hours per week
• Flexible schedule (overlaping with EST preferred)

Compensation:

Monthly start: $450 to $530. Two-year agreement: $16,230
