About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Technical Recruiter & Operations Executive with over 2 years of experience to handle both IT recruitment and basic operational responsibilities. This dual role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to talent acquisition while also supporting day-to-day HR and office operations.

Key Recruitment Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking to source top IT talent.
• Evaluate technical skills and culture fit through resume screening and preliminary interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define requirements and hiring strategies.
• Maintain candidate databases and generate hiring reports on pipelines and closures.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to joining.

Operations Responsibilities:

• Support HR operations including attendance tracking, documentation, and onboarding formalities.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and coordination of internal events.
• Collaborate with the finance/operations team for vendor management, office supplies, and logistics.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to recruitment and operations.
• Handle general administrative tasks to support office functionality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment with some exposure to HR/operations tasks.
• Strong understanding of IT skillsets (development, cloud, data, Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Full Stack, Data Science, etc.).
• Proficiency with ATS, sourcing tools, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in handling recruitment and operations together.
• Knowledge of basic HR compliance and labor laws.
• Strong interpersonal and vendor management skills.

Full Stack Engineers at UnScript.AI are involved in all parts of the product life cycle: idea generation, design, planning, execution, and shipping. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Tech or higher in Computer Science from a premier institute. (We are willing to waive this requirement if you are an exceptional programmer).

• You are a strong coder, Love to explore multiple languages and tech stacks; We are language-agnostic, and we love people who like to explore multiple stacks. We’re looking for people who can write clean, effective code.

• Building scalable & performant web systems with clear focus on reusable modules.

• You are comfortable in a high paced environment and can respond to urgent (and at times ambiguous) requests

• Ability to translate fuzzy business problems into technical problems & come up with design, estimates, planning, execution & deliver the solution independently.

Follow Agile development model to incrementally build out the applications with regular reviews with Product

• Knowledge in AWS would be great to have.

• Ability to work with databases, data pipelines.

Role: Oracle Apps DBA Consultant 

Exp: 4-6 years

As Oracle Apps DBA, able to implement Patching, Cloning, Backup and restoring RMAN. Having experience in Oracle 11i RAC, ERP 12.2 & experience in Performance tuning.

Responsibilities:

• · The Oracle Applications DBA will be responsible for the overall management and maintenance of Oracle EBS R12.2 applications & database, and other non-ERP Oracle databases.
• · The DBA will provide technical and operational DBA support for the day to day operations on ERP oracle database, ERP applications, and non-ERP Oracle databases for data warehouse and other applications.
• · The DBA will partner with technical, functional, development and business groups to ensure that database performance standards adhere to enterprise service level agreements

• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
• Setup and administration of backups.
• Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes
