 We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT software sales, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of AI and internet technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with their business goals.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of AI technologies, software solutions, and internet services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and workshops to prospective clients.
• Negotiation & Closing: Handle negotiations and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and challenges.
• Customer Support: Provide post-sales support and ensure smooth implementation of solutions, addressing any technical queries or issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in IT software sales.
• Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of AI technologies and internet-related products/services.
• Communication: Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration).

We are looking for a motivated Information Security who is a self-starter, has an eye for detail, is analytical in approach, loves solving problems, and someone who can take initiatives to build and improve the company’s information security, identify risks and act on the required changes quickly.

What you will do:

• Develop efficient strategies to protect the system, the networking infrastructure, data, and information systems against potential threats/cyber risks
• Routinely performing threat analysis, system checks, and security tests
• Defining and updating information security criteria and validation procedures
• Effectively discuss to understand safety and security and fix the problems along with different stakeholders
• To be a security representative or point of contact for all technical deliveries, initiatives, and project implementations.
• To develop technical processes and procedures and promote compliance in line with regulations, corporate policies, or standards as per ISO27001
• Assess technical security risks in terms of impact to systems and service confidentiality, integrity, and availability, and report and escalate results of risk assessments.
• Report any real or potential security breaches/vulnerabilities to various stakeholders and provide technical support during incident response
• Monitor security tools to detect security events & incidents Report and escalate any security breaches to the Information Technology Security Officer
• Operate vulnerability scanning and compliance tools to identify system weaknesses
• Represent IT Security matters at technical and business forums

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the information security field.
• Team handling/Mentoring experience
• Relevant experience working with ISO Policies, GDPR guidelines.
• Strong knowledge of network architecture and security concepts related to routing

Candidate should be excellent in oracle Finance techno functional role ( oracle apps) with EBS + Finance modules ( AP+AR+GL) + Insurance domain + Production application support project specifically in UAE based project experience.

• Experience in Oracle EBS (Technical) with R12 release.
• • Very good knowledge of R12 financial table structure.
• • Good Hands on Knowledge of SQL, PLSQL, Oracle reports, Oracle form. OAF/ADF, BI publisher reports, Shell scripting.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art Design, Visual Communications, Video Production or related discipline
• Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Premier Pro, After effects and/or Final Cut Pro
• Experience in designing Websites, Logo, Flyers, Name Board and brochures. Experience in editing 4K videos.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Word and PowerPoint)

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Design and Visual Storytelling - Design and produce the company’s brand collateral, white papers, web landing pages, videos, infographics, social media visuals, email templates, event materials, direct mailers, advertising, promotional materials, and any other assets used in marketing communications.
• Creative Graphic Design Production – Manage the entire graphic design production process including visual concepts, design, production, revision, and final file preparation.
• Video Production – Manage the entire video production process especially in 4K Videos that include Planning, Filming, Producing, Editing, Sourcing Audio and Stock Footage, Creation of supporting graphics, and final file preparation.
• Brand Stewardship - Assure that all existing and new marketing deliverables adhere to Resonance’s brand standards and visual style guidelines and to develop Logo, Website Designing and Name Boards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma; BSc/ BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred

Desired Skills:

• Nice to Have Salesforce Architecture Certification in Application Architect or System Architect with exposure to CTA.
• Nice to have a person who understands Salesforce B2B E-commerce, Marketing Cloud, and varying Industry Cloud exposure.
• Strong familiarity with emerging digital frameworks and patterns, Information Security and Data access controls
• Experience of working with platform/package vendors and their solution teams as part of architecting the overall solution.
