Role Overview

You will play a crucial role in performance tuning of the product, focusing on response time, load, and scalability. The role demands hands-on expertise in performance testing tools and strong troubleshooting skills to collaborate effectively with development and architecture teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or RPT.
• Conduct multi-user scenario scripting and load/stress testing.
• Analyze performance test results and provide bottleneck analysis and recommendations.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to optimize performance across response time, scalability, and throughput.
• Monitor system health during performance testing and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Document test strategy, results, and provide actionable insights to improve product performance.
• Contribute to performance tuning and capacity planning for cloud-based applications (added advantage).

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–8 years of overall engineering product testing experience.
• At least 2 years in automation testing.
• At least 2 years in performance test analysis.
• Hands-on expertise in JMeter, RPT, or LoadRunner (mandatory).
• Strong background in performance engineering with the ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues.
• Experience in cloud-based applications (preferred).
• Knowledge of C++ coding will be an added advantage.
• Excellent skills in performance monitoring, profiling, and analysis.
• Strong communication skills for technical discussions with development and architecture teams.

• End-to-end tech strategy across backend, frontend, mobile, and infrastructure
• Architecture design & execution for scalable, secure, and high-availability systems
• Hands-on guidance across Java/Spring Boot, React.js, and React Native (Kotlin / Swift) stacks.
• Team leadership – mentor and manage developers across functions (backend, frontend, mobile app development)
• Translate raw business requirements into structured tech plans and sprints
• Handle Azure Cloud infrastructure, DevOps, monitoring, and performance tuning

• Oversee or advise on real-time in-app video calling features and third-party SDK integrations

✅ Must-Have Experience

• 10+ years in tech roles, with 2–3 years in engineering leadership (CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Technology)
• Proven experience scaling consumer-tech products from 0 to 1 and beyond

• Deep expertise in:
• Backend: Java 8, Spring Boot, Microservices, MySQL
• Frontend: React.js
• Mobile: React Native with Expo
• Cloud: Azure deployment and infrastructure management
• Experience with FCM (Firebase Cloud Messaging) and APNs for real-time notifications
• Strong ability to debug and resolve issues across full-stack environments
• A bias for action — comfortable working in fast-paced, startup-style environments
• Exposure to video calling SDKs or real-time video architecture
• Willingness to work on-site from Noida Sector 2

Role: Business Development Executive

This role is open with Saketa – a Technovert company. Our customers run their businesses on our cloud. Our mission is to provide them with best-in-class content management, collaboration, enterprise data security, and an ever-expanding set of foundational cloud-based services. 

This role requires overseeing sales in the assigned region and working to grow the customer base. We need individuals with innate leadership qualities & someone who can maintain good client & vendor relationships.

Core Functions:

Understanding & Validation: Understand Saketa offerings clearly in order to effectively communicate with prospects, know and understand the assigned territory, validate and Manage assigned Target Accounts on CRM

Prospection & Qualification of lead: Effective Prospecting (via cold calling, inbound calls, emailing, and networking), to map an account and understand Microsoft footprint within through engaging IT teams/LOB and others at different levels (CXO to Admin), Profiling - Tech Influencer, Recommendation/ Middleman and Decision maker, tailor pitch according to account/contact profile and effectively engage a prospect (at various stages of sales cycle cold call/follow-up/presentation), qualify by BNTD (Budget – Need – Timelines – Decision Makers)

Handling the entire sales cycle: Present Saketa value prop over telecon and web sessions to CXO, VP/Director, LOB Managers as per the account profiling, Engage Sales team / Support Team as and when needed. Working with internal teams to get SOW/Proposals in line with client discussions. Negotiation/Closure, Work closely with Sales Manager and support in engaging with Key Accounts by qualifying prospects and driving new opportunities.

Must-Have:

• 1-4 years of work experience in inside sales and cold calling.
• Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills.
• Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs.
• Interest, curiosity, and openness to learning new technologies.
• Prior exposure to tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DiscoverOrg, ZoomInfo, etc.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as end customers.

Qualification:
