We’re hiring an SDR (Domestic) to drive outbound sales efforts for Wittypen’s India Marketplace offering. This is an outbound-heavy role where hustle, resilience, and curiosity matter more than anything else.

You'll drive outbound sales efforts, manage key accounts, and help expand our B2B customer base across multiple sectors such as SaaS, finance, technology, lifestyle, and more.

What you'll do:

• Research target accounts and decision-makers in the India B2B ecosystem.
• Run outbound prospecting across channels—cold calls, emails, LinkedIn DMs.
• Own the outbound sales process—cold calling, prospecting, and following up on leads.
• Manage outreach sequences and cadence tools to drive meeting conversions.
• Qualify prospects, understand pain points, and schedule discovery calls.
• Collaborate with sales and other cross-functional teams to ensure tight feedback loops and follow-ups.
• Log all activities, contacts, and outcomes in the CRM.
• Meet monthly quotas for qualified meetings booked. 

What we look for:

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or similar outbound roles.
• High energy, resilience, and comfortable with rejection.
• Excellent verbal and written communication—clear, confident, and persuasive.
• Understanding of B2B sales approaches, including inside sales and account management.
• Super coachable and eager to learn—open to feedback and rapid iterations.
• Familiarity with CRM and outreach tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage pipelines.

Duties:

• Embedded Software Development in C

•Design and development of software based on Autosar architecture

• Integration & verification of the developed SW components

•Debugging and error analysis

•Create design documents

•Participate in Design & Code reviews

Qualifications:

•University degree in electrical/electronics engineering, computer science or similar

•Minimum 5 years of experience in embedded software development

• Solid C programming skills

• Ideally with Autosar experience

•Knowledge on Functional Safety (ISO 26262)

• Familiar with Vector tools like DaVinci Configurator, Geny, CANoe, etc..

•Knowledge of scripting tools like Python, CAPL, etc.

 You have designed, refactored, re-architected, deprecated and/or implemented a webapp from start to finish.

 CSS and its pre-processors like SASS/LESS.

 Excellent command over web fundamentals

 Good understanding and experience in building a React app.

 Exceptional coding skills in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript/ES6

 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

 Familiarity with benchmarking and optimization techniques

 Eye for animation and understanding of motion principles.

 Experience with Agile Development, SCRUM methodologies

 Experience in DevOps - AWS, S3, API Gateway, CI/CD

Additional Full-stack Skills Would Be a Huge Bonus:

Responsibilities

• Develop and own product features end to end in a scalable, secure and maintainable way. The buck stops with you on whatever you own.
• Provide technical solutions through design, architecture and implementation. Wear multiple hats in delivering greenfield projects from concept to production. 
• Establish, advocate and bring your experience on coding styles, best practices, and in scaling the product from MVP to production.

Requirements

• We are language and framework agnostic as long as you can pick up new technologies.
• Proficient and expert level coding skills with any of the programming languages, preferably Java, Kotlin. Experience in Python, C++, Scala etc. is welcome.
• Develop web applications and services using Spring Boot. Experience with Akka, Play, Flask, Django is welcome.
• Write automated tests with any of the frameworks. We measure success on how well your code is unit tested and integration tested.
• Advanced level understanding of RDMS systems, preferably Postgres. Working knowledge of non-relational databases such as DynamoDB, Cassandra is helpful
• Able to use CI/CD tools such as CircleCI, GitLab, Jenkins etc. and create workflows and pipelines to release to production every other day.
• Expert level understanding of RESTful APIs, pagination, networking concepts around HTTP, thread pools, and other server-side concepts.
• Solid experience of how AWS services work. Some cloud services directly relevant are Lambda, EC2, S3, Dynamo, RDS, Eventbridge, SQS, ElastiCache Redis, Load Balancers etc.

Job Description

We are looking for a great JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows. You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure.
