Key Responsibilities :

Plan, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other online channels.

Create engaging digital content including posts, videos, to attract target audiences.

 Knowledge of CorelDraw, Photoshop, Adobe Premier & After Effects will be advantage

Should have knowledge of SEO & PPC

● Liaise with clients to understand role requirements in order to source the most suitable

candidates

● Source, screen and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles

● Screen the candidates to ensure we put forward the best quality candidates to clients

● Recruit senior IT profiles, with a focus on functional expertise

●Communicate with hiring managers in order to understand vacancy requirements fully

● Establish a strategy in order to deliver suitable candidates on time

● Build and develop relationships with both clients and candidates to provide a high level of client and candidate service

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

● 1 year of full life-cycle IT Recruiting Experience, in either an agency or corporate setting

● Familiarity with different selection methods (screening, interviews, assignments)

● Excellent follow-up skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity

● Must have Strong Knowledge of IT Technologies and skills

● Experience in handling multiple vendors.

● Great interpersonal and communication skills

● MBA in human resources or similar relevant field

Required Capabilities:-

Primary Skills: .Net Core, ReactJS, Azure (Azure, Key Vault , Azure Function, Azure service bus, Azure Blob storage, Cosmos, App insights, App services)

• Significant software development experience in front-end, back-end, and cloud automation.
• Agile team experience, following best practices for architecture, design, and testing with high code quality.
• Proficient in .Net/C# programming and React.
• Strong SQL Server skills.
• Familiar with Redis.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Azure Storage accounts and service bus.
• Experience with Azure or other cloud hosting.
• Familiarity with Entity Framework.

We are looking for a Frontend UI Developer to translate UI/UX designs and/or wireframes into User Interfaces using HTML, CSS, Javascript and jquery. He/ she will be responsible for a pixel-perfect conversion of the defined layout. They need to be competent with responsive coding/adaptation to ensure the correct rendering of the design when viewed on various formats including web, mobile, etc. The Front-end coding resource also needs to be familiar with design conventions and best practices and needs to follow the same to write easily scalable code

Skills & Requirements:

●BTech/MS in Computer Science or related fields or extensive software development experience

●Should have 2- 6 experience in Tibco Business Works

●Must be hands on with TIBCO Business Works5.x along with TIBCO Administrator, TIBCO EMS, FTP, SFTP Pallets, XML technologies (XML, WSDL, XSD), Web Services (SOAP over JMS), Rest Services

●Work experience on TIBCO Business Works6.x, TIBCO ADB/File Adapters would be an added advantage

●Should be able to work with business stake holders and understand the business requirements and able to create necessary TIBCO integration interface

Project Management

• Develop the integrated project plans to determine time frame, procedures for accomplishing projects
• Assess consolidated project plans for dependencies, gaps and continued business value
• Plan and manage project closure and/or transitions
• Work with stakeholders to establish and gain consensus on project goals, objectives and deliverables
• Conduct project reviews to recommend changes to project schedules or resource requirements
• Document and track project scope, changes, issues and risks that affect implementation
• Facilitate the daily stand-up to achieve team consensus
• Eliminate conflicts and assist in developing solutions to manage roadblocks
• Plan and manage testing cycle with customer

Customer Success

• 3-5 years experienced engineer in design; pre / post implementation tracking / successful execution on the following categories:
• Building management systems
• Security systems / cameras; sensors; beacons
• IOT implantation within campuses / buildings
• IT security systems – understanding of the way they work / get implemented
• Comfortable with client interactions and working with client’s vendors / partners

Other Areas:

• Participates periodically in client meetings or business development presentations as part of a Team to help demonstrate our capabilities. Assists with the development of marketing materials and support

Information/data. Maintains a working knowledge of business unit’s available product and service offerings.

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, information systems, technology, engineering are preferred.

Other disciplines are welcome to apply if you have a strong interest or sufficient knowledge in IT domains

• At least 4 years of experience in IT Project Management role and 6 years total professional experience
• Strong communication skills, well-versed in English (spoken and written) to facilitate cross border

• Strong stakeholder management skills to communicate across various departments and levels
• Strong time management skills, detailed and results-oriented
• Familiar with startup environment and understanding of dynamics between design, engineering, product and customer service is a plus
• Experience with agile and project management software like Jira

• Good understanding of REACT application, Native Android, System architecture, and workflows
• Experience with function and class components, hooks and material UI, CSS, styled-components preferred
• Understanding of RESTful APIS, HTML/CSS, ES6 (variables and scoping, array methods), GIT, popular frontend development tools, CI/CD tools, DevOps
• Understanding in JavaScript, object model, DOM manipulation and event handlers, DataStructures, Algorithms, JSX
