Job Description:

• Strong Experience of Node JS.

 

• Strong Experience of Reactjs development

 

• Experience in Server-side application architectures like Express.js, Meteor.Js, etc. is desirable.

 

• Experience in developing APIs is highly desirable.

 

• Experience in Mongo or MySQL database is a must.

 

• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds.

 

• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.

 

• Experience in delivering products using an Agile methodology is highly desirable.

 

• Experience with automated unit, integration and end-to-end testing is highly desirable.

 

• Experience in the area of network or systems management is a plus.

What you need to bring
● Expertise in backend frameworks/technologies like Python/Django, Golang,
Postgres, Redshift, and AWS.
● Solid coding and problem-solving skills with the ability to architect cross-team
features to refactor existing frameworks. Familiarity with design patterns is a must
too.
● The ideal person has worked on a product that they were able to drive to production
in a startup environment.
● Proficiency in building highly scalable systems

Skills And Qualification:-

 

• Must have experience with any scripting language (JavaScript/NodeJS preferred)
• Experience with API-driven and highly scalable application is a plus
• Good knowledge of non-relational DB (MongoDB preferred)
• Good with data structures and algorithms
• Good to have an experience with testing framework and CI/CD pipeline
• 1+ years of experience in software development preferably B2C experience.

Responsibilities :

● Research, design and build highly reliable, available, and scalable solutions that can
handle Millions of API calls across systems.
● Own large technical deliverables and execute in a structured manner, complete
ownership of functional Services that your team is responsible for.
● Take the accountability of the overall health of the products you build and
predictability of the deliverables of your team
● Lead by example, mentor and guide team members on everything from structured
problem solving to development of best practices
● Platformize components as libraries, utilities and servicify and promote reuse.

Requirements:

● BTech, MTech in Computer Science or a related technical discipline (or equivalent).
Or high technical acumen and rich technical experience.
● Deep expertise with any or combination programming languages: Java, Node.js,
Golang, JavaScript, any object-oriented high-level proprietary or open-source
language with strong programming constructs. Substantial experience in building
complex and scalable solutions.
● Strong object-oriented design skills, ability to apply design patterns, and ability to
design intuitive module and class-level interfaces
● The ability to independently lead problem-solving and build elegant, maintainable
solutions to complex problems.
● Experience leading multi-engineer projects and mentoring junior engineers
● Experience with full life cycle development in any programming language on a Linux
platform
● Prior experience in working with Agile software methodologies ( Scrum, Kanban),
TDD, and Continuous Integration(CI/CD) a plus.
● Experience in building data-driven web application design and development is a plus
● Expert level experience in building a scalable, large, and complex business
application using some of the above technologies and mentoring junior engineers.
● Track record of building and delivering mission-critical, 24x7 production software
systems
