Key Responsibilities

Design creatives for ads, social media, and branding

Edit short form videos (Reels, Ads, Shorts)

Create marketing visuals that align with brand strategy

Handle photo editing and motion graphics

Collaborate with the team on campaigns and ideas

Maintain consistency with brand mission and vision

Work on both ads content and organic marketing content

Skills Required

Must Have:

Strong graphic design sense

Video editing skills (short form focused)

Understanding of marketing oriented creatives

Ability to handle ads & marketing content

Tools (any equivalent is fine):

Photoshop / Illustrator

Premiere Pro / After Effects (or similar)

LogiNext is looking for a technically savvy and passionate Associate Vice President - Product Engineering - DevOps or Senior Database Administrator to cater to the development and operations efforts in product. You will choose and deploy tools and technologies to build and support a robust infrastructure.

You have hands-on experience in building secure, high-performing and scalable infrastructure. You have experience to automate and streamline the development operations and processes. You are a master in troubleshooting and resolving issues in dev, staging and production environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable infrastructure for delivering and running web, mobile and big data applications on cloud
• Scale and optimise a variety of SQL and NoSQL databases (especially MongoDB), web servers, application frameworks, caches, and distributed messaging systems
• Automate the deployment and configuration of the virtualized infrastructure and the entire software stack

• Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration and Python/Shell Scripting
• Extensive experience working with cloud platforms like AWS (EC2, ELB, S3, Auto-scaling, VPC, Lambda), GCP, Azure
• Experience in deployment automation, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (Jenkins, Maven, Puppet, Chef, GitLab) and monitoring tools like Zabbix, Cloud Watch Monitoring, Nagios
• Knowledge of Java Virtual Machines, Apache Tomcat, Nginx, Apache Kafka, Microservices architecture, Caching mechanisms

• As a senior engineer, take complete ownership of supporting customer VoIP deployments by debugging issues and providing fixes.
• Document existing call flows

• Support customer during PST timezone during critical releases

Required Skills:

• 5+ yrs of supporting VoIP services/applications on Linux platform
• Strong scripting skills with bash/python/perl

CommerceIQ is a well-funded, Series B growth stage start-up that helps consumer brands grow their business on e-commerce channels (like Amazon, Walmart) using advanced algorithms and machine learning technology. Roles and responsibilities :

• Manage the performance and career development of a team of engineers, and own significant parts of CIQ applications that require design, architecture, and coding (Both Frontend and Backend).
• Participate with senior management in developing a long-term technology roadmap.
• Be a role model and professional coach for engineers with a strong bias for action and focus on high standards.
• Work with peers across teams to support and leverage a shared technical stack.
• Manage teams to scale distributed applications, make architectural trade-offs applying right design patterns, review code, and deliver with speed and quality.
• Produce high-quality software that is unit tested, code reviewed, and checked in regularly for continuous integration.
• Own the QA and deployment strategies for the team.
• Work‌ ‌with‌ ‌multiple‌ ‌stakeholders to understand business, prioritise and execute based on company goals and priorities.
• Be the custodian of process and SDLC best practices within the team.

• Delivery and tech ownership of all roadmap / tech items for the team.

What you need to succeed :

• Should have proficiency in Backend and frontend technologies along with good experience in AWS.
• Should‌ ‌be‌ ‌aware‌ ‌of‌ ‌best‌ ‌practices‌ ‌for‌ ‌Software‌ ‌development‌ .
• 6+ years of relevant engineering work experience.
• 5+ years software design, coding in Java / equivalent and a good understanding of frontend technologies.
• 1+ years of management experience in building small to medium-sized teams, demonstrating growth and a track record of successful deliveries.

Preferred Qualifications : 

• 5+ years of experience in building and working with production grade systems.
• Shipped several large-scale projects with dependencies across multiple teams.
