About the Role: We’re looking for a passionate and creatively driven Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor with minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience in crafting compelling visual stories. You’ll be working closely with our content and design teams to produce thumb-stopping reels, short-form videos, animations, and social media content that aligns with the client's brand tone and narrative.
Key Responsibilities:
● Edit high-quality, engaging short-form videos and reels tailored for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
● Design motion graphics and visual elements for branded content, explainers, promos, and digital campaigns.
● Translate creative briefs into visually appealing videos with a strong grasp of storytelling, pacing, and transitions.
● Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and marketers to bring content ideas to life.
● Stay updated with video trends, motion graphics styles, and social media formats to maintain fresh, on-trend output.
● Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
● Organise and maintain a streamlined post-production workflow, including file management and backups.
Skills & Expertise: ● Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
● Familiarity with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Media Encoder.
● Strong understanding of aspect ratios, formats, and best practices across platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.)
● A good sense of rhythm, timing, and motion to enhance storytelling.
● Basic knowledge of sound design and colour grading.
● Ability to work with pre-shot footage as well as conceptualise from scratch.

- Strong Snowflake Cloud database experience Database developer.
- Knowledge of Spark and Databricks is desirable.

What you need to have:

- Knowledge of approaches, systems and processes in education (secondary or higher), including tech-enabled learning
- Understanding of innovative pedagogies more specifically pedagogy of adult learning that enhances learning outcomes among students including pedagogical planning
- Good hand in formative and summative assessment tools and techniques including assessment integrated lesson plan modules

What You’ll Do
- Manual and automated testing of the various software components that power our robots, cloud services, and mobile and Web applications.
- “Own” the feature or product you test and be the testing expert for your features and products.
- Gather technical requirements, understand functional specification, participate in software design reviews, and validate that a feature or product meets our customers’ requirements.
- Write test plans, execute test cases, and report bugs.
- Your bug reports should describe, in detail, the conditions under which a bug manifests and how it can be reproduced, the resulting product behavior, and the extent of the bug’s impact on our customers.
- Automate software testing to the extent possible to make it more efficient.
- Reproduce and debug customer issues escalated from the field.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in CS/CE/IT/EE/E&TC or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in software testing, particularly in Web, mobile, cloud, and embedded systems applications.
- Experience in writing software test plans, executing test cases, and managing the end-to-end bug life cycle.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Java and Python programming skills.
- Familiarity with Android and iOS mobile app testing automation using Appium, and Android and iOS emulators.
- Ability to work well in a team, including remote team members in overseas locations.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
