We firmly believe in the power of data to transform businesses and make better decisions. We combine unmatched experience in business processes with cutting edge infrastructure and cloud services. We partner with our customers to monetize their data and make enterprise data dance.
Our Values :
We are a passionate and empathetic team that prioritizes human values. Our purpose is to elevate the quality of lives for our family, customers, partners and the community.
Equal Opportunity Statement :
CLOUDSUFI is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. All qualified candidates receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, and national origin status. We provide equal opportunities in employment, advancement, and all other areas of our workplace.
The Opportunity
CloudSufi is building a focused, research-led outbound program to reach a concentrated set of Sales-Qualified Accounts five cycles, each targeting a tight account list that's been intentionally selected, not scraped. The program only works if someone owns the execution with real precision: the right accounts, the right contacts, the right message, the right sequence. You'll be the first person to own ABM end-to-end at CloudSufi. Your pipeline numbers will be visible to everyone.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage a focused target account list each cycle using intent signals and tech stack data deliberate selection, not volume plays.
- Achieve multi-role contact coverage (economic buyer, technical evaluator, champion) across Tier 1 accounts before any sequence launches.
- Run structured data enrichment workflows to build verified, deliverable contact lists at target accounts sequencing providers and fallbacks until coverage meets the bar.
- Build and deploy multi-touch outreach sequences: personalized messaging across email and LinkedIn, adapted at the account and persona level using AI-powered workflows.
- Build AI workflows to automate and accelerate your outreach motion — including multi-agent pipelines, sub-agent orchestration, and evaluation frameworks to measure what's working.
- Track what matters — account-to-opportunity conversion, cost-per-meeting, influenced revenue — and cut sequences that don't move those numbers.
- Build and maintain dashboards that give the team clear, real-time visibility into pipeline health: accounts touched, responses, meetings booked, conversion by segment and persona.
- Brief the Content Lead weekly on what messaging hooks and assets are landing — close the loop between content production and outreach performance.
Must-Haves
- You understand how ABM works end-to-end: account selection logic, contact mapping, sequence architecture, and conversion measurement. You don't need to be told the process — you have one.
- You've built AI workflows in your day-to-day — not as experiments, but as infrastructure. You can build multi-agent pipelines, deploy sub-agents for specific tasks, and run evals to know whether your automation is actually working.
- You connect your work to pipeline. When asked what your best campaign delivered, you answer in opportunities created and revenue influenced, not open rates or impressions.
- You've done multi-stakeholder mapping: you know the difference between a champion, a technical evaluator, and an economic buyer, and you sequence them differently.
- You measure everything and build dashboards to make that visibility real — for yourself and for the team. If a metric isn't visible, it doesn't exist to you.
Strong Preferences
- You've worked in a small team or startup where you owned the full outbound stack, not just one slice.
- You've managed enrichment workflows across multiple data providers — you know what to do when your primary source fails.
- You have a point of view on what makes a sequence worth running versus worth killing.
Hiring Process
Round 1 — Structured Screen with HR (10 min)
Five short questions — no prep needed. We're testing whether your instincts are right for this role before investing more time on both sides. Questions cover how you built your last outbound sequence, how you use AI in your workflow, and what leading indicator tells you a sequence isn't working. One hard disqualifier: describing AI use as "I use ChatGPT to write emails."
Round 2 — 90 min with GTM Lead (merged discussion + live build)
30 min discussion: We go deep on one or two campaigns from your R1 answers — not in theory, in specifics. Walk us to the number. Show us the AI workflow you mentioned. Describe the buying committee you mapped.
60 min live build (brief sent 24h before, screen shared throughout): Using public sources and Claude, you build four things — a 10-company ICP-fit account list with fit scores, buying contacts at the top 3, a personalised first-touch email to your #1 account, and a lead scoring framework for 200 accounts. The brief is realistic, not a trick. We're watching how you decompose the task, how you use AI structurally, and whether your email is company-specific or a name swap on a template.
Round 3 — Culture and Fit (30 min)
A conversation with the broader team. We're looking for someone who is direct, self-driven, and comfortable building in ambiguity. You'll get a sense of how we work; we'll get a sense of whether this is the right environment for you.

We work with brands big and small, far and wide, helping them understand, prototype and deploy a broad range of custom tech. We value design and we cringe at bad UX. Each project is a clean slate, we don’t have frameworks, or any pre-made formulas. We’re not here to just grow big, make money and win awards.
