Objective

Reaching out to existing clients and new prospect to generate sales and build relationships.

Prerequisites

Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle pressure. Should also be creative thinkers and have good listening skills.

Following will be broad job outlines

• Outbound calls (Make cold calls to potential customers to present products or services, explain their benefits, and encourage purchases or appointments) 
• Inbound calls (Manage incoming calls, resolve customer issues, and collect customer information) 
• Customer relationships (Build relationships with existing clients and foster rapport with potential clients) 
• Documentation (Create reports and documentation based on conversations with customers) 
• Sales pitches (Memorize and customize scripts for clients, and modify pitches based on customer demand)
• Customer data (Maintain contact information databases and collect customer data to improve the user experience)
• Communication (Interact with customers via various channels, including live chat, emails, social media, and direct calls)
• Follow up (Follow up with incoming leads and book appointments for the field sales team) 
• Compliance (Adhere to organizational guidelines and methodology) 

• Experience on Angular 7+
• Experience of SCSS, Type script
• Knowledge of API integration
• Experience of npm package repository
• Experience of Git
• Experience of html, CSS, JS, JQuery and BootStrap

Note:- Angular developer with any combination will do for eg- Angular Dev with PHP, Angular Dev with Java or dotnet will also do. They should have worked on Angular 6 or any version above that

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and update job descriptions

• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and other platforms like Naukri, Indeed, Shine, etc)

• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms

• Conduct a telephonic interview of candidates

• Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, etc

• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to the manager.

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

• Experience with sourcing techniques

• Solid verbal and written communication skills

• Does analytics to extract insights from raw historical data of the organization. 
• Generates usable training dataset for any/all MV projects with the help of Annotators, if needed.
• Analyses user trends, and identifies their biggest bottlenecks in Hammoq Workflow.
• Tests the short/long term impact of productized MV models on those trends.
• Skills - Numpy, Pandas, SPARK, APACHE SPARK, PYSPARK, ETL mandatory. 

• Developing and maintaining all server-side network components.
• Ensuring optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests.
• Collaborating with front-end developers on the integration of elements.
• Designing customer-facing UI and back-end services for various business processes.
• Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.
• Documenting Node.js processes, including database schemas, as well as preparing reports.
• Keeping informed of advancements in the field of Node.js development.
