Role Overview

We are looking for a Linux Engineer with strong expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Identity Management (IdM) to manage centralized authentication, access control, directory services, and secure identity operations across Linux systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Red Hat Identity Management (IdM) / FreeIPA.
• Manage identity lifecycle: users, groups, roles, sudo rules, HBAC policies.
• Configure and troubleshoot SSSD, LDAP, Kerberos, and PAM authentication.
• Integrate Linux servers with Active Directory using trusts or SSSD.
• Manage DNS, certificates (Dogtag CA), and multi-master replication within IdM.
• Join and enroll Linux hosts into the IdM domain.
• Automate identity operations using Ansible and shell scripting.
• Troubleshoot authentication/login issues across servers and applications.
• Work closely with security and platform teams to enforce IAM/IAP policies.

Required Skills

• Strong RHEL/Linux administration skills.
• Hands-on experience with RedHat IdM / FreeIPA.
• Deep understanding of LDAP, Kerberos, SSSD, DNS, and PKI.
• Experience integrating Linux with AD.
• Shell scripting; Ansible automation experience.

Good to Have

• Exposure to Okta, Azure AD, Keycloak, or other IAM platforms.
• Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) experience.
• Security hardening knowledge.

What we're building

Qatobit is a SEBI/FIU-IND registered crypto wealth management platform, and we're building a content engine from scratch. This role sits at the center of it. You'll own the video output across short-form social, product explainers, motion graphics, and AI-assisted reels.

This is not a post-and-pray role. You'll be creating content that has to stop a scroll, explain crypto simply, and make a fintech brand feel human.

What you'll actually do

Film, direct, and edit Reels end-to-end with an on-camera talent, from shot setup to final export

Handle lighting, framing, and on-set direction to get footage that actually works in the edit

Cut short-form content with obsessive attention to hook, pacing, and retention

Build product explainer and demo videos from raw briefs

Create motion graphics and animated brand assets

Produce AI-assisted video content using tools like Creatomate and Runway

Use Claude Teams daily for scripting, captioning, ideation, and content workflows

Maintain visual and tonal consistency across every piece of content

You're the right person if

You have 2+ years of hands-on video editing experience with a strong short-form portfolio

You've been on set, not just in post. You know how to direct a shot before you edit it

You're fluent in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve and After Effects

You've worked with AI video tools, even on personal projects

You care about pacing, sound design, and the feeling a video gives

You can take a rough brief and come back with something better than expected

Mandatory Criteria

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in Laravel framework
• Should have a bachelors degree in IT from a reputed institute
• Excellent communication skills and AI tools knowledge
• Strong in developing RESTful APIs and integrating them with front-end applications
• Solid understanding of MySQL and PostgreSQL database management and optimization techniques
• Experience with version control systems such as Git (Bitbucket/GitHub knowledge is essential)
• Strong hands-on experience with Bootstrap, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS coding
