Job Title: Freelance Full Stack Developer Trainer

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Full Stack Developer Trainer to conduct an intensive, hands-on training program for students/professionals in Thrissur. The trainer will deliver engaging sessions covering both front-end and back-end technologies, ensuring participants gain practical and industry-relevant skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 5 days of classroom-based, hands-on training (6 hours/day).
• Deliver sessions on Full Stack Web Development (MERN / MEAN / Java / Python stack – depending on expertise).
• Explain fundamental and advanced concepts with real-world examples and projects.
• Provide mentorship and guidance during coding exercises and assignments.
• Prepare short assessments and review participants’ progress.
• Ensure high levels of engagement and interactivity throughout the sessions.

Front-End:

• HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap / Tailwind
• JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript (optional)

• Planning and ensuring holistic readiness of all learning infrastructure including courseware, platform, labs, projects, domain based contextual learning and business (soft) skills (with support from content and other functions and leadership teams)
• Managing a team of trainers and other resources such as training assistants for optimum resource utilization and delivering best quality industry-relevant training

• At least 10 years experience in training technical areas in computer science and data engineering or cloud
• Experience in managing trainers and managing training operations
• Clear and up to date understanding of job role requirements, talent requirements, especially in data driven technical job roles
• Strong delivery experience will be an added plus

• S/he will be responsible for the training and development of students, equipping them with the right skills sets and knowledge, and helping them stay motivated and secure jobs.
• S/he will be actively involved in strategizing and brainstorming about creative learning approaches and modules for e-learning courses.
• S/he will also play a crucial role in setting up processes for effective student management and their learning journey management.
