## Role Overview

As a Backend Developer, you will design, develop, test, and maintain backend microservices that power PublicNext’s web and mobile applications. Build useful integrations across application APIs, AI tools, workflow systems and user interfaces. You will combine TypeScript/Node.js and React development with MCP, tool-using agents and low-code workflows that include custom code.

You will work with a backend lead, an Android automation engineer and a browser automation engineer. - Build and improve TypeScript APIs, React interfaces and integrations with existing services.
