How do you fit in:
As we start into our first strong growth phase, we are looking for experienced TypeScript/JavaScript developers to lead our application development efforts.
With your test-driven and clean coding approach along with your creative power, you conceive, develop, and integrate new components and applications into our products with the highest quality.
Your mission is to keep an eye on our existing products: You analyze and improve our
components and fix bugs.
Working remotely: You are independent, reliable, disciplined and are sharp when it comes to documentation & working asynchronously.
Job responsibilities:
- You have a strong TypeScript/JavaScript engineering background. You had the opportunity worked on project from conception to delivery
- You care about producing high quality solution using good engineering principles and practices
- You want to take ownership, break down and tackle real problems while bringing value to real users
- You are a great team player and communicator, you prefer over-communication rather than under-communicate
- You are a passionate technologist with the discipline to create and finish projects. You have opinions about your favorite open source projects, or perhaps you have contributed to some or started one of your own
Job requirements:
- 5+ years of experience building clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Serverless experience with AWS lambda or GCP cloud functions
- Working experience with NodeJS & React or other TypeScript/JavaScript web development frameworks
- Working experience with MongoDB or Postgres, writing efficient queries, data modeling
- Previous experience collaborating on highly distributed teams
- Previous experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment
