About the role:
As an Associate Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for sales focused on selling our company's services to large enterprise clients. - Use cold calling and other sales channels to identify and generate leads within the enterprise segment.

- Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and pain points.
- Act as the first point of contact and lead the communication between prospects and Growisto’s solutions team.
- Effectively pitch and present Growisto’s services, keeping the client’s needs at the forefront.
Sales Process Management:
- Focus on consultative selling to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Move leads through the sales pipeline, from initial contact to onboarding as clients.
- Monitor and track lead progress, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement.
Sales Performance Analysis:
- Analyse sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Regularly report on team and individual performance to senior management.
Contract Negotiation:
- Lead negotiations for complex enterprise contracts, ensuring favourable terms for the company.
Skills (Must Have):
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to appeal to the varying needs of multiple stakeholders in the sales process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuasively communicate recommendations and effectively champion customer needs
