Role Overview

We are looking for a result-driven Program Executive – Sales to manage the complete sales cycle for our technology programs. The role involves lead conversion, counseling students, generating new opportunities, and achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
• Conduct counseling sessions and product/program presentations.
• Handle objections, negotiate, and close enrollments.
• Generate leads through colleges, communities, referrals, and online channels.
• Maintain CRM updates, sales reports, and pipeline tracking.
• Build relationships with students and educational communities.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development/Inside Sales.
• Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or B2C sales preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English + Hindi/Telugu.
• Good convincing, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Target-oriented and self-driven approach.

Role & Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex, scalable, reliable, and highly available features for world-class SaaS products and services.

Guide the engineering team in adopting best practices for software development, code quality, and architecture.

Make strategic architectural and technical decisions, ensuring the scalability, security, and performance of software applications.

Proactively identify, prioritize, and address technical debt to improve system performance, maintainability, and long-term scalability, ensuring a solid foundation for future development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, and stakeholders) to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.

Mentor and coach team members, providing technical guidance and fostering professional development.

Oversee code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and maintaining high code quality standards.

Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and technologies to increase team productivity and product quality.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and keep the team at the cutting edge.

Ensure project timelines and goals are met, managing risks and resolving any technical challenges that arise during development.

• Act as a key point of contact to the Business Transformation Services, Business Analysis, and Functional Architecture and Solution Architecture groups throughout the implementation
• Interface with business stakeholders to determine key design/process decisions, and contribute to overall delivery plan.
• Deliver assigned tasks complete and on time as designated by the Programme Office to ensure smooth progress of the implementation.
• Contribute and take ownership for various project related tasks / planning activities as the programme evolves

• Knowledge and Practical experience of Project Management methodologies – ability to configure delivery work stream frameworks to progress timelines and delivery milestones
• Demonstrate ability in planning consulting/functional work & ownership of project outcomes

A malware analyst examines malicious software, such as bots, worms, and trojans to understand the nature of their threat. Large organizations in non-security industries may also hire full-time malware analysts to help protect their environment from attacks, or to respond to incidents that involve malicious software. Malware analysis skills are also valued by companies that cannot justify hiring full-time people to perform this work, but who wish their security or IT administrators to be able to examine malicious software when the need arises.

• Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Design or a related field
• Strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates passion for illustrative design
• Prior experience in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms

• Have architected /designed at least 2-3 systems/products of enterprise scale from scratch.
