About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Business Intelligence Architect who can bridge the gap between deep technical engineering and functional business insight delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and publishing of sophisticated Tableau and Cognos solutions with a focus on interactivity and executive-grade narrative storytelling.
- Own the full optimization lifecycle — advanced query tuning, incremental extract strategies, and dashboard load-time reduction.
- Architect seamless "Analytics as a Service" integrations by embedding BI content into external applications via Tableau REST APIs and JavaScript SDKs.
- Provide expert guidance on Power BI and ThoughtSpot migration strategies and co-existence models for enterprise reporting.
- Elevate data storytelling through UX principles, accessibility standards, and custom visualizations using D3.js for high-impact mapping and charting.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for BI releases using Git, ensuring rigorous version control and deployment governance for all dashboard assets.
- Define and track performance analytics and usage metrics to measure dashboard ROI and drive organization-wide adoption.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in BI development and architecture.
- Deep expertise in Tableau, Power BI, ThoughtSpot, and SQL.
- Proficiency in Tableau REST API and JavaScript SDK for embedded analytics.
- Strong understanding of DataOps frameworks and scalable data pipeline design.
- Experience with Git-based CI/CD workflows for BI asset management.
- Familiarity with D3.js or other custom visualization libraries.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into compelling business narratives for executive stakeholders.
Strong performance marketer profile
Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 2.5+ years of experience in performance marketing in B2C Fintech product companies
