Position Overview:

APS Property Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is launching a new platform-based product and is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead its marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in brand management, digital marketing, and market research within the real estate and technology sectors. This role requires a creative thinker who can establish brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and scale business growth for a newly launched platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Leadership:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to establish the platform’s presence and adoption.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team for optimal performance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless marketing execution.

Brand & Digital Presence:

• Position the platform as a key player in the real estate sector.
• Strengthen brand awareness across digital and offline channels.
• Ensure consistent messaging and unique brand positioning.

User Acquisition & Growth Marketing:

• Oversee digital campaigns including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
• Drive user adoption through targeted marketing and engagement strategies.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize customer acquisition and retention.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

• Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitors to refine marketing strategies.
• Identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Sales & Public Relations Support:

• Develop marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive platform sign-ups.
• Manage PR activities to enhance company and product visibility.
• Foster partnerships to increase market reach and credibility.

Performance & Budget Management:

• Monitor key marketing metrics and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
• Manage the marketing budget efficiently to support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing,
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, growth marketing, and brand strategy.
• Experience launching and scaling platform-based products is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to drive user acquisition, sales growth, and brand development.
• Experience in the real estate and technology industries is a plus.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM tools, and automation platforms.

Objectives of this role :

- Work in tandem with our engineering team to identify and implement the most optimal cloud-based solutions for the company

- Define and document best practices and strategies regarding application deployment and infrastructure maintenance

- Provide guidance, thought leadership, and mentorship to developer teams to build their cloud competencies

- Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards for code quality and thoughtful design

- Manage cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines

Job Description :

- Excellent understanding of Cloud Platform (AWS)

- Strong knowledge on AWS Services, design, configuration on enterprise systems

- Good knowledge on Kubernetes configuration, Dockers

- Understanding the needs of the business for defining AWS system specifications

Experience- 5-8 yrs

• 5-7 Yrs of experience building enterprise level applications  using Java Restful API’s, Spring(Core, aspect ,boot & batch) and related frame works.
• Development experience in core java
• Expertise in multi-tiered Java EE design and programming , solid understanding and multi-tiered web based applications
• Solid data structures and algorithm experience
• Strong expertise in all the following Java-based technologies
• Spring
• Hibernate Framework (integration layer and Web MVC)

• Proven hands-on Software Development experience
• Proven working experience in Java development
• Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms
• Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.

We are looking for a Motion Graphic Designer, with up-to-date tool subject knowledge and trends, to design solutions with high visual impact.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Ability to understand complex products and convert to graphical representations within timelines while maintaining quality
• Create videos from concept to production. Should be able to ideate, storyboard, script, and illustrate animate the video
• Create gif banners, motion graphics, social media short videos, product explainer videos, presentations, etc.
• Understand the product(s) to capture the essence as well as understand the target audience to capture their interest.

What We Are Looking For

• Freshers or 1 year Experienced Candidate
• Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro
• Strong digital design background
• Strong portfolio to showcase creativity and ability to tell stories through illustrations, videos, motion graphics, and - - editing skills
• Creative, ownership driven and has communication presentation skills.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, architect and develop advanced software solutions in a cross functional Agile team supporting multiple projects and initiatives
• Collaborate with product owners and/or the business on requirements definition, development of functional specifications, and design
• Collaborate on or lead development of technical design and specifications as required
• Code, test and document new applications as well as changes to existing system functionality and ensure successful completion
• Take on leadership roles as needed

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of software development experience using GoLang/Java programming language
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP/Pivotal Cloud Foundry/any private cloud) and containerization is required
• Experience with a micro-services architecture is a plus
• Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other Relational Databases
• Test-driven development mindset and a focus on quality, scalability and performance
• Strong programming fundamentals and ability to produce high quality code
