HR Recruiter

Location: Noida / Central Delhi/ South Delhi (On-site)

Role & Responsibilities

• Agency & Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with recruitment

agencies and hiring partners.

• Candidate Sourcing: Create a strong talent pipeline through agencies, internal

databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

• Screening & Shortlisting: Review applications, conduct initial screening, and present top

candidates to Business Managers for interviews.

• Hiring Targets: Meet recruitment goals by leveraging multiple hiring channels, ensuring a

seamless hiring experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a recruitment

firm or fast-growing organization.

Required Skills

Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, and onboarding).

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in using recruitment databases.

Age: upto 28 yrs

Key Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess suitability.
• Coordinate and manage the complete interview process with hiring managers.
• Negotiate salary offers and support candidates throughout the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate and updated records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong working knowledge of multiple job portals and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines effectively.

The role

We are looking for a new graphic designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
• Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
• Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
• Communicating with clients about layout and design.
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

Key skills and experience required

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• Experience as a graphic designer or in related field.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Adobe InDesign
• A strong eye for visual composition.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
• You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different team members
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
