Role/ Scope of Work
Generate sales revenue through prospecting, nurturing and closing
business in the
Enterprise/ Mid-Enterprise, SMB Segment
Build and manage your sales pipeline for strong coverage ratios; achieve
quarterly revenue
targets
Manage the entire account lifecycle from account strategy, customer engagement, solution
development and contract negotiation; meet or exceed quarterly/ annual revenue quota
Develop, maintain and grow
executive relationships in your target account to expand
revenue potential
Work
with all levels of Sales/
Marketing/ Product leadership to continuously improve key
sales
management processes
like territory planning, lead/pipeline/opportunity management
and KPI reporting
Maintain excellent due diligence in CRM for your Lead, Accounts and Opportunities (on a

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of new business acquisition sales in a B2B software organisation. Top 10%

Profile of the Business Head for the B2B2C Partnerships
pinBox is looking for a person with indubitable ethics, who is entrepreneurially inclined,
passionate about digital financial inclusion and is eager to build from scratch. The
business head for the B2B2C partnerships model should be a self-motivated, driven and
hands-on individual who will develop and own short and long-term strategies and goals for
the pinBox B2B2C model.
This is a senior business partnerships development role that requires proactive interactions
with senior management of a range stakeholders including MFIs, SHG federations, state
governments, milk unions, women and farm cooperatives, RRBs, social enterprises, retail
payment networking firms, and other “aggregators”.
The business head for B2B2C partnerships will be expected to optimize voluntary micro pension coverage expansion in India by implementing a templated engagement and
deployment strategy with a large number of outreach partners.
The primary measure of success of this role will be the extent to which coverage and
persistency is optimized through effective and sustainable collaborations with a large
number of highly credible and committed outreach partners, and working closely with the
pinBox delivery team to upscale coverage and persistency through each such partnership.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide leadership for growing the social impact and business outcomes by our
partners and by pinBox on a pan-India basis,
2. Develop and deliver India business forecasts and goals, a partnerships pipeline and a
segmented go-to-market strategy based on channels, occupational groups and target
demographic segments,

communications, engagement, business and governance strategy for partnerships
with multiple entities,
4. End-to-end management of the B2B2C partner onboarding process including
commercial negotiations, product choice, implementation process, and time-bound

partner and client needs and implementation experience,

The ideal candidate processes
1. An undergraduate degree in engineering, finance or rural business (example IRMA),

2. At least 7 years’ experience in financial inclusion — B2B micro-finance or microinsurance sales, or working with an NBFC-MFI or a fintech that delivers digital credit or third-party financial services to low and lower-middle income individuals,
